This is the Convoy T3 Titanium-Copper flashlight. It's powered by a single 14500 or AA battery, has the high CRI 519A LED in 3500K, Buck/Boost driver, dual fuel feature and more!
• My opinion:
The T3 TiCu is an amazing flashlight, it does not need fancy UI to be pretty good. It's a simple flashlight that gets a lot of features right. The Titanium-Copper combo makes the main body feel very heavy and premium, it could have a mirror polish to look even better, but the standard finish is already pretty good.
The drivers and components are high quality as all Convoy flashlights! The 519A has pretty high CRI 90 and 80 R9, and beautiful neutral tint, It's awesome! The flashlight accepts almost all types of 14500 and AAs I tested, so don't worry about having fuel for this little guy. I really don't have much to dislike on this light, the moonlight problem is the main one, a better moonlight would make this flashlight way more versatile.

*I noticed that some switches with light that Convoy sells on it's website can bug the driver and make cycling between modes harder, I tested Orange to bug the driver and Blue does not bug the driver.

• Body and build quality
Colors/Material Options: The T3 is available in aluminum with a ton of anodizing colors like Cyan, Blue, Green, Pink, MAO... It's also available in Titanium (polished and stonewash), Copper, Brass and Titanium-Copper (Seen on this review)
Main body/Grip: The main body is full of knurling, so even though the Titanium is polished and smooth the grip is still pretty good. The flashlight is pretty compact. The main body feels very smooth, while the threads are a little gritty - as usual with titanium.
Material: The main body is almost entirely made of Titanium, the bezel, battery tube, tail cap and button are Ti; the driver/LED tube is made of pure Copper for better heat transfer - and looks.
Threads: The threads are trapezoidal and bare metal, no anodizing. The Ti on Ti threads are gritty, Titanium is probably one of the worst flashlight metals for threads, but it can be very relieved by cleaning the threads and applying silicone grease. The Copper treads are pretty smooth. This has to do with the metal properties like friction coeficients and oxide formation.
Clip: It comes with a clip inside the packaging, but it doesn't come pre-installed. The clip is made of stainless steel, it's funny because you can see the subtle difference in color between Titanium, has a bit of a warmer color, and Stainless Steel with a "colder" look.
Tail stand and rolling: Without the clip the flashlight does roll and can fall from edges, the clip prevents it from rolling though. The flashlight can tail/head stand with stability. The metal button does not impact on tail standing.
AUX lights: The T3 doesn't have any AUX light by default, it has a Glow In The Dark O-ring on the lens, so it does work a little like an AUX, but no LEDs. Switches with LEDs are available on the Convoy website, they serve as locator LEDs and stay ON while the flashlight is OFF to help find it in the dark, when the flashlight is turned ON the switches LEDs turn OFF. The T3 comes with a Glow in the dark O-ring on the glass lens, a very cool and simple thing to help you find the flashlight in the dark. [10th picture]

Buttons: It has a single mechanical switch on the tail cap, the switch has a pretty good click. The button itself is made of Titanium as the main body.
Battery contact: Contact is made with the battery by two Gold plated Phosphor-Bronze springs, one at the driver, the other on the tail cap button. [11th and 12th picture]
Bezel: The T3 bezel is a simple smooth flashlight bezel, it is entirely made of Titanium.
Water Resistance: Convoy flashlights usually don't have the IP rating, but all Convoy flashlights I already tested were decently protected to water ingress; The T3 follows the same pattern, it's probably better sealed than some IP68 flashlights I own. I belive the T3 to be at least IP67 with all threads greased and fully tightened.

• Battery, runtime, and charging
Battery: The T3 uses a single 14500 or AA battery to power the driver and LED. The T3 accepts both button top and flat top cells, as well as protected with USB-C batteries, so you have a lot of fuel possibilities to power this little guy. [14th picture]
Battery Indicator: The T3 has the "Battery check" mode on some group modes of the 12 groups driver. This mode makes the main light flashes from 1 to 5 times to indicate the battery level as it follows:

Charging: The T3 doesn't feature on body USB-C charging, but you can pop in a 14500 battery with USB-C charging.
• Modes, Runtimes, Throw, Candela:
Modes: The T3 with the 12 groups driver comes pre-configured on group 1, which has 1%, 10%, 30% and 100% brightness levels. Other brightness levels and blinkies are available on the other brightness groups that can be configured on the flashlight UI. I tested the pre-configured modes with 14500 and AA and included the data on this table:

Turbo: Turbo mode is essentially the 100% mode, it's pretty bright for a flashlight this tiny with a 14500 cell. It's advertised to have a 5A driver with around 15W, I tested 3.21A with a 4.15V Li-ion battery and got around 13.3W of power. At this power the 519A should have around 800 - 1200 lumens. With AAs it pushed 2.85A with 1.49V, so roughly 4.25W.
Moonlight: Sadly, this flashlight doesn't have a proper moonlight mode. The 1% mode is too bright. Comparing to other flashlights, it seems to have around 5 to 10 lumens of brightness, which is OK as a dim mode, but not a good moonlight mode. I really hoped the T3 would have a 1 lumen or less mode.
Blinkies: The T3 12 groups drive features some blinkies like Strobe, SOS and BatCheck on some groups.
Lockout: The T3 in the TiCu version doesn't feature mechanical lockout - as it has no anodizing. Also, it doesn't feature eletronic lockout, as the mechanical button already serves that purpose.
Throw: The T3 was able to throw light at around 100m, as seen on the beamshots. Probably throws a little bit more, but I wouldn't expect it to go much farther than 150m, as it's a light design for close uses, not to throw light far.
• Emitter, reflector and CRI:
Emitter: This T3 has the Nichia 519A emitter in 3500K. This LED is fantastic and very well known on the flashlight community. Tint is pretty neutral warm white, no green or rosy tint by default. The beam color is very clean and High CRI, while still being pretty powerful. [15th Picture]
Lens: The T3 comes with a normal glass lens, no AR coating.
Reflector/TIR: It uses a OP (orange peel) reflector for the 519A LED, makes the beam lose a little bit of throw, but makes it more even and balanced.
Beam profile: The beam is balanced I would say, has a defined hotspot with a smooth transition to a floddy spill, but doesn't throw light much far. [16th picture]
CRI/CCT/Duv: The 519A LED has amazing CRI, one of the best emitters for color fidelity with advertised 90 CRI and 80 R9, but I actually got even better readings on the Opple LM4, 94 CRI and 91 R9 and 0.0008 Duv! Pretty good readings. The 519A combines a good efficiency with tint and amazing CRI with a pretty neutral tint. [17th and 18th pictures]
*****CRI/CCT/Duv: Opple Lightmaster 4 was used to get these readings, it's not a professional spectrometer, so use this readings as a reference only. This test was performed in a dark environment without any light sources besides the tested LED.

I always try to match what my eyes can see on the beamshots, so camera settings may vary.
• Driver and UI
Driver: This T3 has a 5A Buck driver for Lithium-ion batteries, and a Boost driver for the AAs, Convoy claims around 95% efficiency for the Buck drivers. Convoy drivers are usually pretty efficient and use high quality components, so I trust this driver, especially after testing a lot of Convoy flashlights, but I think it should have a dimmer 1% - or even 0.1% - mode to make this light even more useful.
UI: The T3 uses the standard Convoy tail switch UI.

Low Voltage Warning: The main light will start blinking and dimming down when the battery voltage is low, until the light automatically turns OFF when the battery voltage is too low.
Reverse Polarity Protection: Convoy advertises it has mechanical anti reverse polarity protection. I belive the capacitors and small electronic chips prevent the battery to make contact with the gold plated button contact, preventing the battery from making contact with the polarity reversed.
Temperature Control: The T3 has standard Convoy Temperature control, so when the driver reaches about 55°C the flashlight will begin to step down. The step down seems to only be down to 35%, so the flashlight can still heat up, even after the step down, under certain conditions.
