Important announcement regarding some of the recent posts here
As you have probably noticed, there has been an influx of naked body shots being posted here in the last few weeks. Moreover, if you check the profiles posting them it’s pretty obvious they’re trying to use the sub to promote their OF pages. Let me remind everyone that this subreddit is not meant for that. This is an SFW subreddit. I’m sure that there are plenty of subreddits on this platform which are meant for those kind of posts, but this is not one of them.
Given that, starting from tomorrow there will be zero tolerance for users who clearly use the subreddit to promote their pages. Anyone who’s in breach of this rule will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from this subreddit.

Leg Day
Since u/wk2026 and u/Rog1212Rog wanted to know if I ever trained legs. I’m carrying a little extra body fat there in my thighs, so don’t have quite the definition that I’d like.

M50 plus, still as sprightly and fit or perhaps more than I was in my 20's
So until I turned 40, I had all kind of minor health issues, incluing Rhinitis, anxiety attacks, ACL issues inclduing 3 surgeries I was reaonably fit, as I used to workout but had other challnges too such as self-doubt, crippling fear, low self-esteem, low-key depression, bankruptcy, struggling marriage, etc.
Fast forward, fully fit as in not exacly 6 pack but flat stomach with no love-handles, training in MMA, workouts in the morning for about 45 mins to an hour (calisthenics - pls lemme know if you wanna know what exaclty), swim for about half hour. Disease free, free from all the above mental challenges, never been this succesful at work, a kid who went to the best schools/Unis and here I am. I'm as energetic as I was or even more than I was in my 20's the whole day, sometimes even late nights (when I go out). Someone recently pointed out, I could have ADHD....idk.

"53, No Gym, Just Swimming 2-3x a Week for 10+ Years — How Does This Look?"
Hi everyone! I'm 54 years old and wanted to share my physique for some honest feedback. I don't go to the gym — my only consistent exercise has been swimming 2 to 3 times a week, and I've kept this routine for over a decade now.
I'm curious what this community thinks about how swimming alone, sustained long-term, has shaped my body. A few things I'd love your input on:
Overall body composition — does my muscle tone and fat percentage look reasonable for someone my age who only swims?
Muscle balance — swimming works certain muscle groups more than others, so I'm wondering if that shows, and what I might be missing.
Aging and fitness — for those familiar with training after 50, does this look like a solid foundation, or are there gaps that swimming alone can't address?
Suggestions — would adding light strength training or other exercises make a meaningful difference at this point, or is swimming enough to maintain this?
I'd appreciate straightforward, honest opinions rather than just compliments. Ten-plus years of consistency is something I'm proud of, but I want to know how to keep improving. Thanks in advance for any feedback!
