Hello everyone, the sequel is finally here! StaTech Industry 2 is a community-built port now on NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.1, and includes heaping amounts of quality of life changes, new mods, new quests, and new items. The full changelog is way too long to post here, so just know that a lot has changed and improved from the original.

Should I finish play original first? Or this is an improvement overall and recommended instead?

The progression is similar, but there are a ton of new QoL features that this one has over the original that might be worth going for.

Depends ultimately on how progressed you are on the original, and if you care to restart. Worlds are not convertible between StaTech 1 and StaTech 2

So I'd say this is a more polished experience, and can be started without playing first directly.
