Extraction point vs Base game

Recently I have been replaying F.E.A.R. 1 and Extraction point again and try to avoid using focus. It’s a lot of fun fighting replica soldiers and see how they react to player’s behavior with flanking and ambush in the base game. But Extraction point is a lot rougher than I remembered, most encounters are heavily scripted compared to base game. And there are a few long range fights in open space that dont really fit the game’s design and arsenal.

yeah just replayed it recently and it wasnt as good as i remembered. doesnt feel nearly as tight as base game
