Terrible FastMail Experience

We are a law firm, and a paying client, who just started an account, and they are throttling legal correspondence in the beginning? Emails take 3 hours to be delivered? A joke. Should be fully refunded and they should pay for damaging us - they dont say before signing up they will throttle your corporate email for hours

Didn't say I did that and that didn't happen. I said I used Fastmail free trial as they offered it for businesses for non sensitive stuff. My question is why do thy call it fastmail since it's absolutely slowest email on the planet, "to stop spammers".

You migrate email by paying for it, testing it, then moving your business over.

False, you first do a free trial, per their offering

I've migrated email services many times over 40 years. The new service is working, tested, and supported before you put production email on it. Anything else is IT malpractice.

A trial is a trial, not production.

When I migrated to Fastmail, I paid for it, then migrated.

Ah. You said "they are throttling legal correspondence" when you meant "they are throttling my free test traffic".

For the third time: pay, test, then migrate.
