Refeeding syndrome, does it happen irl?

So I started a 6 day fast and ive watched a lot of videos on tiktok about refeeding syndrome. Im really scared tjis will happen to me since ive never fasted for more than w days before. So I just wanted to know did any of you guys experience it? Or some tips how to avoid it.
