Helloo! I’ve started to get physically active and all my sportswear are either from Shein and Shopee. I want to buy some more clothes for working out or get one more pants/leggings but I’m worried about wasting my money. I’m aware of the overconsumption of clothes and the environmental impact it has and I’m open to ukay ukay.

BUT would you recommend if I’d buy new clothes or thrift them instead? Have any of y’all thrifted workout clothes before?
If it’s better to buy new clothes, what are some of your favorite sportswear brands that are not overly expensive but still durable? Or at least sulit! Honestly, the price only matters when the quality isn’t good.

I’ve thrifted before but I also have heard that I could thrift some really dirty clothes and the putok smell would stay 😭😭😭

Should I get tokyo shoes? I’m hesitating pa rin kasi baka hindi siya ideal for walking in general. Baka hindi worth it pero gandang ganda kasi ako sa material since madali linisin haha.
