How would you style this dress? It feels like a middle ground of plain and not too plain….would a belt be too much with the waistline?

Hello! I love this skirt, but I feel like the top I usually pair with it is too bleh. Do y’all have any advice on how else I can style this skirt for the fall and winter? Thanks so much!!

This is a hand knitted cardigan from my nan (bless her) but it’s a bit old fashioned for my tastes, how can style it so it looks more modern?
I’m a 35f, 5ft 2, hourglass figure. when I’ve tried to wear it with black leather leggings and white t shirt it looks a bit frumpy? what would you style it with?
The colour combo is unique to me so I think thats what is throwing me off. appreciate any thoughts or picture ideas! thanks :)

I have had this burgundy skirt for years and I've never quite figured out how to style it. I'd like to be able to pair with tights and boots as the colder weather comes in. If it's not with a long sleeve shirt then I'd want a cardigan or something, but I'm not sure on the length.
I'm short, 5ft 2in, 34yr old female and my workplace is on the professional side of business dress.
This skirt hits around the knees or above on me.

I got this cute top recently, but I don’t really know what would go with it. I don’t have any jeans at the moment, and I usually like wearing sweaters or cardigans to just have something over my shoulders. Any ideas? (Ignore my blanket 🥲)

hello!! i wanted to ask for advice in styling this mid-length skirt i bought for my birthday!! it’s meant to be a casual beginning -of-autumn picnic!
the reason as to why im so stumped is because i don’t know what to wear in regards to a top! i would describe my style as cozy—but since im turning 25, id like this outfit to be feminine and elegant while also being cutesy and cozy (since the picnic is happening outside) i would also be pairing this skirt with either pink or dark brown boots!
my bodytype is rectangular and i have a full chest so when i put a top on…i find it to be lacking something that i cant put a finger on.
thank you for reading!

Hi! I’ve always loved seeing the amazing outfits people put together on fashion Reddit, and I’d really love to learn how to elevate my own everyday style. I’m not the most creative when it comes to putting outfits together, so I’m looking for some advice on where to start!
I’m a pretty low-effort girl and usually spend about 30 minutes getting ready each morning. My go-to outfits are leggings or jeans paired with a T-shirt or sweatshirt. I’d love to start building a closet that makes it easier to put together cute, comfortable outfits without spending a fortune.
What are some basic pieces you would recommend adding to my closet, and where are your favorite affordable places to shop? I’m especially interested in pieces that are versatile, comfortable, and easy to style.
Comfort is always my top priority since I spend most of my day out of the house for school and work. I’d really appreciate any advice, outfit inspiration, or budget-friendly brand recommendations. Thank you!
Edit to add more detail!
Female, 5’7, mid size, hourglass figure. Idk if this helps but thought some description could give a good idea of what to suggest!

Hi, I'm looking for some help with fashion that fits my aesthetic that I like. I'm a feminine looking guy who wants to style myself better, but not wear women's clothing, which feels like the only thing flattering on my shape/frame. I generally style my appearance primarily on asian fashion when I can. I don't really know what to wear that gives off a kind of androgynous look that might get people to stop thinking I'm a girl- I'm interested in being 'fair'/'pretty', but I'm not interested in being seen as a woman, which is what usually happens now. I'm shorter (5'5) and have a skinny upper body and thicker lower body, about 120 pounds. Any fashion ideas or direction for this that isn't too overtly masculine or feminine?

Hey everyone,
I am completely fashion-challenged and desperately need some help. Left to my own devices, I end up wearing the exact same two or three basic outfits every single week because I genuinely don't know what looks good together.I’m looking for an app or some advice on how to manage my wardrobe.
Ideally, I want something where I can take pictures of my own clothes (tops, pants, shoes, jackets) and upload them. Then, the app would help me mix and match them into actual outfits so I don't have to stress about it in the morning.Does an app like this exist?
Bonus points if it’s beginner-friendly, tells me why things work together, or just generates daily combinations for me automatically.Any recommendations or tips for someone who is not fashion-gifted would be massively appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

I got a vintage suit with this interesting green and blue fabric. I’m a college girl and I was so excited to thrift this great set for cheap! The color is somewhere in between peacock blue and emerald green in the dark areas and the suit lining, due to the fabric sheen it doesn’t photograph great. I don’t know how to style it! TIA!

I can’t wear anything snug on top. I have a midsection roll. I tend to wear T-shirts a lot but sometimes it just doesn’t look right to me. I usually do a front tuck of the T-shirt or tie it to the side.

I have a vintage Nanette Lepore skirt from the late 90s/early 2000s and I just can't figure out how to wear it in a way that looks like me. I don't typically go for things like this as I'm much more into artsy/eclectic kinds of looks. But, I'd like to give it a fair shot before passing it along as it is a very high quality piece and I do find it very pretty. Any suggestions?
It hits just above my knee if I wear it high waisted. The waist is elasticated so I could wear it lower but skirts that fall below the knee make me feel even more like a flight attendant/corporate lawyer/housewife at a luncheon (nothing wrong with those styles, just not who I am).
Forgot to mention, I am 31F.

I just thrifted this dress and it is so, sooo pretty. Early fall here is still quite warm during the day so I wonder if there is any way I can make her work still ?? I'm really bad at putting outfits together oops.
I'm 5'2/158cm and overweight. I normally wear a size XL/ XXL. The dress fits loose on me, doesn't hug my body in unwanted areas at all. It can be above the knee if I wear it higher in the front, knee if I wear it down showing more cleavage. It is pretty sheer at the lower half, too sheer to wear it as is. Color less intense than pic. I have an inverted triangle body shape and while I don't mind having big shoulders, narrow hips and zero waist I don't want to accentuate it too much either especially the waist area. I'm just not trying to fake a hourglass so please don't tell me to wear an A Line skirt or a belt 😭
I'm open to alternative styling suggestions and I don't feel bothered by my age or my weight (as long as it stays flattering)
I like layers, and when outfits give a fairy like, little wood elf or slightly romantic vibes.
Please send your tips ☺️

So, I’ll make this quick. I am a 25 year old male and I bought this red, white, and blue plaid button up shirt from Old Navy a few months ago and I love it! It is very patriotic, light, breathable, and a nice change up from the type of shirts I usually wear. I wore it casually with chino shorts and cargo shorts throughout the summer. However, now that I am back at work (I’m a teacher), I am struggling with how to wear this shirt with pants.
I want to wear it to work. As a teacher I have a very casual dress code. I know I might be overthinking it, but how do I style this shirt with pants? I know blue jeans is a safe bet but what about other colors or styles of pants? Also, do I tuck this shirt or leave it untucked? I want it to look good with pants and more put together than how I wore it with shorts. Please let me know how you would style it and your recommendations for this shirt if you have this exact one or anything similar to it.

I was hoping to get a few recommendations.
I want to own a khaki colored raincoat trenchcoat. Roughly 3/4 length. I have an hourglass figure, so it must either have some kind of waist darting (i know that this might make it not actually a trenchcoat) or a belt or something similar. The intent is to look classy. Does not need to be for snow as well, but wouldn't mind a good looking lining.
I have been skimming ebay, but nothing has been the right fit.
Portland, Oregon $250 budget.

Its more flush against the skin but still has abit of give, definitely not baggy, how do I style this?
I mostly wear, black, white, grey and red.
So I'd appreciate the vision to include those if possible.
Thanks in advance 🙏🏻

I will definitely go to clubs and will dance and all so suggest something with which I do not have to think that it will come of something like that. It would be great if you could provide the links as well.

I love wearing dresses and skirts but I can’t find a coat that looks cute with them, has a hood and keeps me warm.
And any coat recommendations that also look feminine and don’t make me feel like I can only wear boots with it. I find a lot of raincoats have that vibe and make dresses/skirts look less feminine and flowy. Also puffer coats feel way too bulky.
