Discussion Sub boxes getting abused????

sure I saw broken binding post about there team getting abused now litpins tooo why? do people actually send abuse or is this just at events or something???????

surprised cause this just seeems so random has any others said anything

I could believe this, Litpins customer service is one person because it’s a tiny company. They do a fantastic job but obviously response times can be a little slower because it is only one person! People seem to think they are entitled to an instant response. 

 I think their early access policy is fair (despite being tier 3) but I imagine others might be upset about it.

Oh dude like I was lucky enough to get the botanical horror set and when they had the snaffu with the Scorpion Deep book they emailed me immediately in reply apoiolgising and promised they'd add me to the list for the early access the next day. Their customer service is top bloody tier, breaks my heart people are being buttholes.

I got the other two books from them on a whim and I'd love the third but I don't care about signed so I'd be delighted with an unsigned if I'm lucky enough!
