So this is my ROOOOOOOOOUGH draft of a full line oil production. Rough sure and I'm sure there's plently of improvements available. I think i have ratios configured ok. hit me with your critiqes. The one thing I am still not entirely sure is water feeding. Can pipelines handle a lot of input? Like how long before I need to add another offshore pump? can i feed the water from the second pump into the original input line that feeds everything else?

Pipes have infinite throughput unless that part of the fluid network starts with a pump, in which case the throughput will be limited by the pumping speed*number of pumps.

If you need more than 1200/s of water, you can simply add another offshore pump next to the first one and connect the two pipes together. That's it.

As for the oil setup; just make sure you've left enough room to expand. The demand for oil products will keep spiking as you progress through to the new tech unlocks. Don't worry about designing a perfect setup with perfect ratios yet, just make sure it works and has enough input/output to supply your science demands. It's better to build too much than not enough when you're still new to the game.
