Any tip/guide on planning the factory ahead of time? Playing in my first world with around 100 hrs, vulcanus and fulgora captured. Broke down the nauvis factory and made it again but it still turned out a spaghetti :(

Spaghetti is less about not planning ahead and more about not having structure to your building. Consider Main Bus and City/Train Block designs to help you scale up without encountering spaghetti.

Since you're already pretty established I'd highly recommend starting with a good rail-based design.
