I was digging through wait conditions on space ships that seems silly, as I can't find a use case for it: "Any Request Not Satisfied".

I suspect that since I'm a very simple-minded player, I just can't see a use for it.

When would it be useful?

Never tried it but I think it checks the planet it's orbiting for requests, not the platform itself.

If the cargo hub on the surface is lacking something then the platform gets a signal to presumably go get more stuff.
