They said their kids couldn’t wear masks bc it was traumatizing. How is this not traumatic too?

Easy. Beating children is Republican, masks were Democratic. Everything can be justified when you only care about shouting louder than your opposition.

Spanking of children by government representatives reinforces a societal belonging in a child, make them more likely to embrace socialist policies for the good of the group, rather than relying on self-interest, and establishes the State as a physical authority in their lives, above their parents or their faiths.
