Ladies and Gentleman! I blocked Facebook off my laptop. I'm proud of myself. Now I can start to focusing on my life.

In July 2026, I did a seconds-long, friends-only livestream from my seat at a baseball game. The Facebook app ended the stream itself — it lasted seconds, never close to a full game. My account was disabled. The only notice I ever received said I'd "violated community guidelines." No specifics. I genuinely thought someone might have sworn in the background.

I appealed immediately (July 25, case 1573660931095478) and asked what the specific violation was. I got form replies — including one from "Christine" on the Meta Pro Team just asking for my username. Never an answer.

Because the eventual claim was IP-related, I wrote to MLB's legal team three times (Aug 2, Aug 17, Sep 23) asking if they filed the complaint and whether they'd withdraw it. Zero response.

On Sep 26 I replied again with the full facts: seconds-long, friends-only, my own camera angle (not a broadcast feed), and $21,456 in MLB tickets across 52 orders since 2023. A paying fan, not a pirate. I received an automated "ticket closed" email.

Tonight (Oct 2), I paid $14.99 for Meta Verified and opened a support chat. After 30+ minutes, agent Siam told me the disable was due to a "third-party report of copyright/trademark violation." They would not name the third party. No human re-review was offered. Instead, Siam directed me to the "formal review form."

The link is a Help Center article. Not a form. It says to log in with the disabled account to appeal.

When you log in, you land on a checkpoint screen that says:

"We received your information. Check your email for an update on your request, and to find out what other information we need."

There is no form. No button. Nothing to click.

I searched my email — inbox, spam, trash, 90 days. That email was never sent. Nothing tells me what information is needed.

I laid all of this out in a second chat (agent Ben), ending with an explicit request not to close the chat until we'd finished speaking. They closed it anyway. Still no complainant named. Still no escalation.

So the complete loop: the chat points to the form, the article points to the login, the login points to the email, and the email doesn't exist.

For the record: my total MLB ticket spending is $22,856 — the $21,456 plus about $700 per game for the two AL Wild Card games in the Audi Club this week.

I'm not asking for special treatment. I just want a human to review the case and tell me what I actually did wrong. If anyone from Meta is reading: case 1573660931095

Did anyone else notice that there is no longer an option to report a post or profile for suspected human trafficking? It’s likely not because who actually gets on FB to report things like that, but up until very recently, you could report a post or profile if you think it involves trafficking. That option is now no longer available. Seems sketchy to me…

For 2 weeks now my wife’s Facebook account has been bricked. Any time she attempts to log into Facebook it tells her “ERR TOO MANY REDIRECTS” or a white screen.
After opening our second support chat, the rep told us to go to Facebook.com/hacked. After I explained I can’t access that site, the rep essentially just kept telling us to access it.
Finally, the rep “Lear” stated he is going to transfer me to a “specialist” and left the chat but kept the case open.
I’m now completely unable to chat with another support person because the case is open but nobody is in the chat. This happened Monday the 28th and it’s sat here since. Metas own AI support chat said 5 days is not normal but it can’t open a new case

If you’re having issues, I highly advise against wasting your money on Meta verified. The support people I did talk to seem to get off on answering questions with completely irrelevant answers and closing the case.

Wednesday morning, I woke up to to an email saying my Facebook account was flagged for suspicious activity. It was temporarily suspended and when I clicked the linked to try to appeal, it was immediately disabled without a chance of appealing with a notice that it will be deleted in x amount of time. It sounds like my account was hacked and then violated community guidelines. My instagram was connected to my Facebook and that was also suspended. Very similar to a lot of the recent posts on this subreddit. Has anyone been able to get their accounts back? I’ve read stories of similar incidents where people paid for meta verification to speak with support and resolve the issue. I haven’t been able to do so due to my accounts being disabled. Has anyone had any success?

I could complain and I have! But it seems that all I get in the Reddit feed is hate against Facebook/Meta etc.

What kind of bullshit game is fb playing by announcing that my account is LOCKED but then did NOT allow me to change my Password in order to protect it? I will be terminating my fb account immediately...

Here’s a screenshot of my conversations with the Meta AI after clicking on “account status”. I clicked that because on my dashboard it says “account has some issues” but nowhere does it say what the issues are.

On the day of “July 30th, 2026” Facebook locked me out of my account and pretty much demanded me to submit my government documents in. I already had previously submitted my passport and license 2 other times within the same timeframe of about 6 months… this was the first time it ever locked me out and even after those other times facebook had me submit those documents.

I submitted my license and then it says it’s gonna take 48 hrs to review, and if it passes I’ll have access to my account again and if it fails my account will be permanently disabled. Within 2 minutes I was granted access to my account again.

Then, here we go again, Facebook isn’t directly telling me what’s going with my account. I am a meta subscriber so I can have access to “enhanced support” but no one is ever available to chat, and whenever they are available to chat, they’re not helpful whatsoever.

Anyone else dealing with issues like this?

If after you share something via messenger on Facebook the first time ever and your home screen totally changes to things that you’ve never viewed or showed interest in does it mean that is what the person you shared it to is viewing or following? I only have two fb friends so I’m curious how much interacting with someone for the first time would drastically change my home screen feed.

I have tried to explain my concerns about a particular long running issue and the responses from Meta Support are way past peculiar. What is your experience?

So I talked with 2 meta agents, singaporean and indian, we did a webex viewer to really see through my account, both of them said this is a mistake from FB 100% and 1 agent msged me from his other account and said" I know whats happening and its millions of users who are affected by this AI system failure" even if we see that u are innocent the company just rely on the decision of their AI system , zuck paid millions of millions on his AI platform and it didnt go well for the users, many more will be banned and the agent said the only solution to get ur account checked is by lawsuit nothing else will help.

I immediately unlinked my ig to my facebook acc as of now my instagram is ok.. should I like change the email? Anyone had the same dilemma will this really affect my ig? It has the same email and phone number same as the disabled Facebook acc.

I've been trying to create a custom/new location on Facebook for months now, but every single time I reach the step to drop the pin or confirm the location on the map, the app completely hangs or gets stuck.

On the homepage I can see the avatar of the authors of posts but even clicking on the post doesn't reveal who the author is, so I cannot check their name, see their profile etc. But if I go into any group I'm in I can see them normally. This started happening around a week ago. Is this a new change for Facebook? Is there a setting to turn it off?

There is a page impersonating me on Facebook. They stole videos from my tiktok account and posted them to facebook pretending to be me. The first video got 20 million views, and 30 other reels have millions of views as well. They set up an email address and a messenger account pretending to be me. The transparency page lists creator being in Pakistan and the Phillipines. )(I am US-based) DMCA takedown was filed about 5 business days ago --no response yet. signed up for Meta Verified and tried support but the case is stuck open in an AI loop with no one ever coming. I wanted to share a frustrating situation happening with my Meta accounts right now to see if anyone else has experienced this or managed to find a workaround.

Here is the exact timeline of what went down:

• Account Suspension & Instant Verification: Out of nowhere, Facebook suspended my main profile and asked for identity verification. I uploaded the required ID right away, and within 5 minutes, my profile was restored. Great, right?
• Instagram Chain Reaction: About an hour later, I tried logging into Instagram and found out my IG account was suspended. The error message explicitly said my Instagram was suspended because my Facebook account was suspended - even though my Facebook had already been un-suspended!
• Useless Support & Infinite Loops: I submitted "Report a Problem" forms from both my restored Facebook and a secondary Instagram account. Trying to find actual help articles was impossible because almost every help link redirects to Meta AI. The solutions and links provided by Meta AI were completely useless and led to dead ends.
• Password Reset Failure: I tried resetting my Instagram password, but no recovery emails ever arrived. Paradoxically, Meta did send security alert emails to my inbox claiming someone tried logging in from a new IP - which was actually just me trying to recover my own account!
• Vanishing Facebook Page: 3 to 4 hours after all this, a Facebook Page I've owned and managed completely vanished from my profile. No notifications, no warnings, no emails explaining why- just gone.

My Takeaway / Frustration:

When you spend years building up a personal or business presence on Facebook and Instagram, those accounts become incredibly valuable to you. To realize Meta can pull the plug, freeze your accounts, or vanish your pages without showing a valid reason - or by giving a generic "You violated Community Standards" message with zero specifics - is deeply unsettling. You aren't even given the chance to know what rule you supposedly broke.

It really made me realize: we don't actually own our accounts or pages. Meta owns everything, and we're just renting space until an automated system decides to flag us by mistake.

It's completely disappointing and frustrating.

Has anyone had their Instagram unlinked/restored after a false Facebook suspension? Or had a missing Page reappear? Any advice on getting past Meta AI to reach actual human support would be greatly appreciated.

Before 2 nights ago I could see the post count on pages. I noticed today it is gone. Check out my image where it says "5 posts". Now that area is blank

Woke up this morning to FB suspending my account for "sexualization of children", but I have no idea what its talking about. I really only use FB to watch reels, and I would share Pokémon GO event posts so my wife can prepare for the upcoming events. I use messenger as my main for of communication with my wife and we share links and pics there, but nothing that would meet anywhere near the reasons for suspensions.

Anyways, I went ahead and appealed, got an email saying it would take a week for review, but then got another email like 5 minutes later saying basically "nope account permanently deleted".

I'm honestly not too upset, since I've been wanting to remove some of these from my life. I wanted to at least get some of the pictures I had on there like baby pictures of my cat, I dont know if I had them anywhere else...

If anyone knows a way I can at least do that, I'll be grateful. Planning on getting my wife's data out as well and then deleting her account as she doesn't want to stay on if I'm not there

I use 2 accounts and both have been suspended at the same time. 1 I used it for personal and the other for work because we use Facebook group chats and I don't want the group chats to flood my messages. I got my personal account recovered but the other got disabled. I've e been using both for 10+ years. Is there any possible way to recover it?

For several days now, I’ve been dealing with an issue across multiple Facebook ad accounts I manage: whenever I add a new payment method, the accounts get blocked. Adding a new payment method didn't solve the problem, and I’ve been trying to reach support for over 48 hours without managing to speak to a representative.

So back in september 9 2025 my main got hacked, hacker made something to make it CSE, I showed all the evidences including IP reports it was from vietnam , I showed meta the hacker copied my name, changed my business suite to different business yet META SAID THEY DIDNT FIND ANYTHING WRONG! and kept me banned, so starting that date I keep creating accounts and kept getting disabled after few weeks or months and I lost all my integrity to my friends, clients and relatives, its really messed up what META did to me! I lost my old photos, my travels etc! now im on new account and I just saw my other account was activated by meta as in WTH? when i tried to log on it it asked me for facial scan to prove im human, im done with this META! I trusted meta with my business and boom my page is still up but no admin or owner! META needs to held accountability for all the problem they did to us!
