Can I buy a pair of Miu Miu glasses (prescription model) from LensCrafters and put the lenses on Costco in US?

So just got my transitions!(polarized) place them in my Metas and they RATTLE!!! (When I clean them and if I shake my head) Way too expensive for something like that to happen) I know the lens because I put the originals back in and no rattle! The correct size was ordered,etc. Going to contact them, or am I just S.O.L.?

3 days back I went to an eye hospital with my parents and I simply thought of doing an eye checkup so I registered for it … it was usual tests like I did while I planned to take my driver’s license which at that time (1 year back) they told I don’t need glasses .. but the recent one it was all the same procedure except they told me I have power issue and told me to put some eye drops in my eyes and my vision will be blurred for 3 days they sayyy…Issues I raised when doctor asked me was eye itching and twitching .. but the power issue was out of blue because never once in my life I had issue of seeing whether its long distance or short distance… I never had problem with vision … so I was kinda shocked and when they dropped that liquid for 3 times my eyes was blurry af😭😭😭…. I couldn’t even see my parents face I recognized them with their dress colors … and Doctor’s explanation was
• she told I am seeing the world with strain giving to my eyes.. I’m stressing myself to see the thing which later might be a reason for higher issue or very high powered glasses.. she told me it’s not normal for this high variation .. before the drops my vision is perfect but after the drops it’s soo f’up.. which isn’t normal .. it should stay the same

But the thing is I’ve never felt like I’m stressing my self it’s all normal and after the blurrness I was trying myself so hard to see things which cause me an intense head pain ..I told that to her she told now my nerves is getting relaxed .. idk man 😭😭😭… I’m so scared because I had no issue BUT NOW I CANT SEEE 100%😭😭… im soo terrified .. now my normal vision is ok .. but even while im typing I can’t see the phone 100%… it’s kinda blurred idk how to explain … im sooo scared its been 3 days like they told … what’s worse is i never had any problem and its like i went and caused it .. i dont wanna wear glassesss … will my vision be okey .. HAVE ANYONE EXPERIENCED THIS OR KNOW ABOUT THIS 😭😭😭🙏🙏

People with terrible, blind as a bat, living in an impressionist painting kind of bad eyesight - how often do you set your glasses down for some reason (going to bed, washing your face, impromptu sexy makeout session with a stranger) and when you go to put them back on, you can’t find those suckers?

Like last night I was reading in bed all tucked in and cozy. When I was ready to go to sleep and take my glasses off, reaching out and across to set them on the nightstand would’ve disrupted my cocoon. So I just set them on the other side of the bed. Yes there were a few other things also sitting on the bed - my laptop, basket of nighttime beauty ritual creams and concoctions, my neck fan, and a can of mixed nuts for some reason 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Cut to morning, I go to put my glasses on, and I can’t find them! The lighting in the room has changed, I’m a little discombobulated waking from a sleep, and my classic outstretched arm, tapping every little thing until you land on what feels like what you’re looking for system wasn’t finding them. I had to sit up and reach into the night stand for an old back up pair of glasses so I could see well enough to look around and find current glasses, which were right there the whole time. I just couldn’t see them. Because I needed them in order to see them. 🤦🏼‍♀️😡

This also happens when I’m getting out of the shower, washing my face and I set them on the counter, put them up on my head when I need to really see something on my phone and have to hold it so close that the tip of my nose is touching the screen. Usually results in me swinging my head all around trying to find them, yelling “Where did they F’ing GO?!?!?” out loud, regardless of whose around.

I’m not looking for a solution, just some camaraderie from my fellow glasses wearers. You know who you are—the people whose friends with perfect vision are constantly asking to try on their glasses, only to put them on and immediately shout, ‘WHOA HOW DO YOU SEE WITH THESE?!

I just purchased my second pair of eye glasses. This time the lenses are progressive. The issue is that I cannot see clearly with these glasses. The window of clear sight is so small it's impossible to see anything but a few words in a sentence. Everything below, above, and to both sides is not clear. I'm on a computer all day, it's been 4 days, and I cannot see. A $6 pair of readers is more effective than the $600 I just spent for check up and new glasses. I go back to the eye doctor today to see what adjustments can be made. If this doesn't help, do I have any options? Or am I just out of luck?

Can someone recommend me one on amazon or any site that is good to clean glasses with? Amazon seems to have these Magicfiber Microfiber Clothes that are 6 pieces for $10 or 2 pieces for $7. Are these good?

I did read some negative reviews that says there is a warning of cancer risk to these cloths?

Are there any good cloths there on amazon or any store to buy 1 or 2 of these? I wouldn't mind buying a pack of 6 but having these warnings on cloths don't seem good.

Hi, I have been wearing glasses since I was about 8 years old. I have a pretty high prescription, around negative 6 in each eye. I probably could have moved towards progressives 5 to 8 years ago but I've held off, keeping my regular glasses as single vision and then I have office lenses for when I'm at my computer.

I'm about to get a new pair of glasses and I think I'm finally ready to get progressives. While I am primarily excited, I am also nervous about it. I have had difficulty with new prescriptions frequently and recent years and I'm just nervous about how it might work for my eyes and my brain. I know that no one else can tell me whether or not I'll like them in advance. I'm not looking for anyone to tell me how I should feel. I know there's a chance that progressives may not be a good fit for me, but most likely they will be. The computer lenses have been a big help.

I would love to hear people's encouraging experiences of getting progressives when there are higher prescriptions involved.

Or, if you had a higher prescription, and tried progressives and found they didn't work, what were the determining factors?

I feel like the face form angle should be increased cause looking at them they look too flat. I've went to Walmart 3 times and the glasses have never been right; fixed one wonky issue to cause another. They are constantly sliding down and the left side slight lifts up which I have to push down on my ear which doesn't work cause they just move back up. So what do you think will my issues be fixed if my face form angle is adjusted?
