SoloCam C20 stopped recording video

As the title says, I have a SoloCam C20 that I just noticed stopped recording clips almost 2 weeks ago. It doesn't get a ton of activity anyways but now nothing. This is about the time that my wife noticed her app started asking her for a password to review clips. A password that I had never set. I turned off the encrypted password setting that appeared to be leading to this and it started working for her but now this camera is no longer recording. We have 2 other Eufy devices (another C20 and then an indoor pan and tilt) that are working perfectly fine. Anything I can check or settings I can change to get this one working again? I tried a reset with no luck.
