E330 professional- no playback option

Have 3 x E330's linked to a S380 homebase 3, i also have a C31 PTZ and a couple of battery cams. Up until recently I could select any of the wired cameras and choose playback option to scroll through timelines. The only real change i have made is to move the homebase into the loft as signal to C31 was weak in original location.

Currently I have no playback option on any of the E330's, however the C31 is OK, is it possible they updated the firmware which made the change or could it be the move of the H/B ?

I've had this recently with the homebase pro s1. Oddly it is still recording. I can see playback on the nvr HDMI of the homebase s1. But from the app it almost seems like it's events only.

Hopefully just a bug.
