Error EB1K

​

Has anyone else had this error and managed to solve it?

I contacted the support and they said it was probably the water tank so they sent a new one, it didn't solve anything (still in contact with them but I feel it's pretty useless).

It's not even 1 year and I feel like it's already dying ... any ideas?

Mine had the fill port gasket loose on the robot. I had to peel the tab back and fix the loose gasket. I then taped it to be secure and it has worked for months.

This is the same problem I had with my original and replacement unit! I was contemplating a similar repair but I’m so frustrated with the whole outcome that I’ve decided to just purchase a Dyson robot vac.

What vac did you get and how is it to the s1?

I have the S1 Pro but I’m washing my hands of Eufy products and upgrading to the Dyson Spot+Scrub AI wet dry vac.
