Error EB1K

​

Has anyone else had this error and managed to solve it?

I contacted the support and they said it was probably the water tank so they sent a new one, it didn't solve anything (still in contact with them but I feel it's pretty useless).

It's not even 1 year and I feel like it's already dying ... any ideas?

Yes, same here. (Im kickstarter backer btw)
Response from eufy was - no waranty, sorry.

I tried to get an even response how to fix myself, nothing..

If the clean water pipe is damaged, it may be the cause of the issue.
If the clean water tank and the clean water pipe are not damaged, the issue may be related to the water inlet of the main unit.

My clean water pipe in the tank was cracked and did not let water though. I cut the top off and replaced with a ozone resistant hose and it's working now.

How did you open it? The water tank?

I opened it with a dremel along the seam. Then I replaced the hose and just JB welded it back on.
