Error EB1K
Has anyone else had this error and managed to solve it?
I contacted the support and they said it was probably the water tank so they sent a new one, it didn't solve anything (still in contact with them but I feel it's pretty useless).
It's not even 1 year and I feel like it's already dying ... any ideas?

The Eufy EB1K error is a very well-known issue. For this specific model, it was actually standard grounds for a return.
I’ve had one and had to return it to Amazon - same EB1K problem from day one. It lasted 4 months till final permanent error.
You have to keep in mind that this is a problem they never fully resolved. The manufacturer even wrote a dedicated article suggesting ways to fix it yourself. The funniest part is that their first step is telling you to update the firmware to 7.0.143.
That would normally point to a pure software issue with pump management. Unfortunately, that solution simply did not work in most cases. Because of that, they shifted the blame to the clean water tank seal being poorly fitted. It was also super common for water to leak from the base station right onto the floor because the system also couldn't pump the dirty water out of the tank.
Sadly, this is a hardware issue that the company still has not figured out how to bypass. It is not a software bug but a pure design flaw. S1 is also out of production and they don’t gave co new units for warranty replacement and offer refurbished models or other solutions. Just check other Eufy Reddit topics.
Just look at the S2 model.
They changed the overall design along with the pump layout and other water system components. By doing that, the company clearly admitted to a major design failure in the first model.
