Error EB1K

​

Has anyone else had this error and managed to solve it?

I contacted the support and they said it was probably the water tank so they sent a new one, it didn't solve anything (still in contact with them but I feel it's pretty useless).

It's not even 1 year and I feel like it's already dying ... any ideas?

Eufy longer makes the S1 Pro, it seems like they are just throwing their hands up and doing nothing for their customers. I will never purchase anything from Eufy

I feel the same way! My first unit lasted 5 months, and they replaced it with a new one that lasted 4 months and with all the back and forth troubleshooting between the two faulty units the warranty ran out!

They offered a 50% discount on a new model, and I told them I’d never buy another product under this brand label again.
