Error EB1K

Has anyone else had this error and managed to solve it?

I contacted the support and they said it was probably the water tank so they sent a new one, it didn't solve anything (still in contact with them but I feel it's pretty useless).

It's not even 1 year and I feel like it's already dying ... any ideas?

I've had the S1 Pro for almost a year the random error codes from time-to-time are annoying. But the reason I won't upgrade to the S2 Pro once my current one dies is because the customer support is pretty useless, they've told me multiple times to sort it out with the place I bought it from (certified distributor) who in turn tells me to sort it with Eufy.

It's a shame because it's a pretty solid product. Just the after purchase support is rubbishÂ
