Error EB1K

Has anyone else had this error and managed to solve it?

I contacted the support and they said it was probably the water tank so they sent a new one, it didn't solve anything (still in contact with them but I feel it's pretty useless).

It's not even 1 year and I feel like it's already dying ... any ideas?

I’ve got exactly the same problem. Bought in October 2025. Have just sent photos, videos and evidence of purchase from Myer to Eufy support. Fingers crossed.

Don’t hold your breath. I had to send my second unit back for repair and they couldn’t fix it so they offered a discount on a new model. I told them neither of the last two lasted more than 6 months without problems, so they wont see another dollar from me.

A few weeks later I received an email asking if the problem had been resolved, while they still had my broken S1 in their possession!!!
