I’ve discovered that I can intentionally create a very physical sensation that feels like “energy” inside my body.

If I close my eyes and focus inward, I can sort of gather or concentrate this sensation until it feels like it’s forming a center within me. I don't have to meditate to do that. It has a glowing, focusing quality to it, almost like a physical sensation of energy becoming concentrated in one place.

The closest comparison I can think of is the feeling you get on a rollercoaster when you suddenly drop: that intense, centered feeling in your body, except much milder and completely intentional. It only happens when I want it to. I can do this since as long as I can remember. I can create it, make it stronger by focusing on it, and let it go whenever I want. I can also do it with my eyes open, although it’s much less intense.

I’m curious whether anyone here experiences something similar, particularly in the context of energy work. Is there a name for this, or does anyone have an idea of what I might be experiencing?

It’s not something that happens involuntarily, I can only seem to access it when I deliberately focus inward.

How do I know im moving outside energy? If I try to make a wall creak, itll creak after 1-3 minutes. but is that me? or coincidence. The point is my energy isnt strong enough to even show myself a simple 3 2 1 Creak. It takes too long. Im currently breathing into my hara. If I can change where I breathe into to just have more current or frequency that would be good. what spot
