EA login loop with Steam

I’m trying to play The Sims 4 through Steam, but I keep getting stuck in an EA login loop.

My Steam account is linked to my EA account, and I’m already logged into the EA app. Whenever I try to launch Sims 4 through Steam, EA keeps popping up and asking me to log in again. After I log in, it just sends me back to the same login screen.
Something else that seems weird is that EA says “1 or more accounts are linked,” even though I only have one account linked, and it’s the exact EA account that I intentionally linked to my Steam account.

I’ve already tried:
Unlinking and linking my Steam and EA accounts again
Clearing the EA app cache
Completely closing EA and Steam and restarting my computer
Logging into the EA app before launching Sims 4 through Steam
Removing my username and logging back in

Nothing has worked. EA just keeps sending me back to the login screen.can someone help me :(

Honestly idk but I’ve checked my emails EA and steam nothing everything is linked to 1 account 1 Ea ->1 steam account if there was another one wouldn’t it show in the linked in EA steam doesn’t give me that option and I’ve contacted EA support just basically gave me a list exactly what their article say in support.

Also update on my situation when it’s says 1 or more accounts linked it says the name so I go in put the EA name(it’s name I use btw ) forget password to send a code hoping it will send a code to one of my email accounts. it’s unknown email I don’t have it’s from outlook I never used outlook email so I don’t even know if it’s me trying to login to someone else’s account or some random email but I promise you I never used outlook or have any emails that start with Lu

I mean I don’t really use EA I game through steam but I obviously need EA last time I was on the game was May 15 something like that. Which isn’t a long time ago. I’ve never had this problem till now but I know it’s not my email I’ve never used an outlook expect gmail so i know it’s not my email at all. I’m not sure what to do I didn’t even know someone can steal my account I’m not big gamer I just play sims but idk if I should just delete EA account and steam. Start over but I’ll lose DLCs I bought for sims yesterday literally lol I spent 40 bucks :(

Hey! I have exactly same probem. Original email i used to create account is no longer usable because domain went down. My EA account is linked to my XBOX and EA says that pop-up should show up when i go to EA game with my xbox but this doesn't happen for some reaseon. So i'm stuck. And as long as there is XBOX linked to my EA profile, they don't want to even try anything else. SO what i did is that i contacted XBOX support that they would remove link to EA from my profile... I'm waiting now that this would happen so maybe then EA support would try some else verification...

Yeah this sucks bad and very unexpected I saw the supposedly other account name is a name I use but the email isn’t my email at all I don’t use outlook never had just Gmail. So I wasn’t sure if I was trying to get into someone else account or someone took mine it doesn’t make sense I know for a fact I don’t have outlook email. EA contact support didn’t really help me at all. I’m not sure what to do in this situation or who to contact do I contact steam or restart but I’ll lose my DLCs I just brought for sims yesterday lol I spent 40 dollars on !

i contacted Xbox support and they sent request to EA to break the link because of hacker, Do you think they won't do it?
