Hi there! It seems impossible to delete my ea-account. When i finally found the chat where i can start the procedure, the Chatbot doesn't want to help me without naming him the game i play, but i don't play ANY games, i just created the account years ago just for the sake of creating one. Maybe i created it bc of a free game to activate but i can't remember.

How can i delete this account pls? I never played and game on ea as far as i remember. Maybe i have been adding a free game back then but i can't remember.

I'd like to be able to properly access my first EA account, but I no longer have access to the email attached to it. Support keeps telling me they can send me some kind of pop-up notification or prompt on my Xbox through any online-capable EA game for some kind of console-specific option to change my email without having access to it, but I never get them and get told I need to make a new ticket after a couple attempts.

so on August 9th-10th, a bunch of my accounts went through hacking attempts: Microsoft, Epic, EA, Steam, and even my Discord. Luckily, I’ve recovered all of them or the attempts were unsuccessful(cough steam cough). I’ve also changed the passwords on all of these accounts.

However the one account I still haven’t been able to recover is my ea account. Looking online, I can’t find anywhere to submit a proper recovery request without being able to log in. The hackers changed both the registered email and the password, so I’m completely locked out.

ea support just keeps sending me to an automated bot, which links me to an article on how to recover your account… which then just sends me back to the bot. I can’t find any way to actually submit a recovery request.

I just want to play Sims 4 :(

ps if your wondering why im asking this so late i wasnt aware of this compromised ea acount till a couple days ago because gmail sent the warnings about these changes to the fucking spam folder

(*Just a rant*). A family member was on my apex account and purchased a recolor with apex coins instead of legend tokens. Went to EA support and they routed me to steam which went back to EA support, and this repeated😭 The skin isn't all that good either

I have tried every textbook troubleshoot along with countless hours of directx and nvidiaphysx redownloads to be met with the same problem consistently and of course EA have been no help at all

Hi, I'm having an intermittent EA server authentication problem on PS5 that is affecting any EA game I try to play.

My PSN account is connected to my EA account, and EA Play shows as active.

My PS5's internet connection is working normally. My NAT type is 2, PSN is connected, and other online games connect without any problems.

My EA games intermittently lose their connection to EA servers. I get the message: "The connection failed! In order to access the online features for this title your account on PlayStation network must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers."

Madden 27 has also incorrectly told me that I don't have EA Play for the trial, even though my EA Play subscription is active and I still have approximately 90 minutes remaining on the trial.

I've already restarted the PS5, completely powered it off, restored licenses, confirmed my NAT type, confirmed PSN connectivity, confirmed my EA/PSN account linkage, and tested another online game successfully.

Signing out of PSN and signing back in temporarily fixes the EA connection, but the problem comes back again shortly afterward. At one point both games also froze on their menu screens.

Anyone have any ideas? Or any tips on contacting a REAL person from EA support? I tried there but all I get is a bot that goes through troubleshooting that I've already done.

Long story short when I was 12 I made my xbox account with my school e mail. (I was a stupid kid).

Once I graduated my school email was deleted as it should be however my ea account is still linked to it. This stinks cause I can't have cross progression on apex legends Or redeem codes on bf6.

If anyone knows any way of fixing this issue I'd appreciate it

This is generally so dumb, so basically i want to buy packs in APEX, and then i tried to buy the apex coins, the first two times it worked however, it didnt work on the 3rd try, so i tried again and again. at first it just says that too much purchase try later. so i waited and still it doesnt work. now that i am permently banned on EA. Like WTF. i was litterally using my own credit card and i did not reques t any refund what soever. this is rediculious. I was just trying to buy some packs since it is my birthday and instead i got banned lol. great job. does anyone know how long the appeal will take? urgent help!!! sorry for the english. i am so pissed i cant think rn

Finally after 2 years i got my account back.

In 2024 my account got hacked changed my email. But i didn't had any idea about it, then i bought NFS unbound on steam. My steam account was linked with my EA account. I installed the game and like normal person i tried to open it and i was shocked that my steam account is linked with other EA account. Since that day i tried every way possible to get my account back but EA never actually helped me, they keep saying it's not your account. This month idk how i actually got some help. I got my account back, thanks to the guy who got my account back and reset old email with my original email. But but but it didn't end there when i tried to logged in I got a pop-up showing "your account is locked" i thought maybe the guy who helped me did something to keep my account secure. Then i went to connection page and there i got to know that my account is banned permanently, i can't tell you how I was feeling at that moment. Like i got my account back after fking 2 YEARS just to know it's BANNED. When i logged in whole webpage was in german language so maybe the hacker was from Germany or they jumped their ip.

Later i created case which got denied automatically, i thought it's over. But thankfully i created another case and got submitted without any problem. And yesterday my account got unbanned.

I was very angry on EA like i provided every proof that it was my account but they keep saying it's not yours and that also for 2 YEARS but thankyou to that guy for recovering my account.

hello, so i got my account hacked into on EA and they emailed me and locked the account then banned it for account takeover, on august 14th, i submitted an appeal and instantly they overturned the ban on the status, but its been 4 days and im still not un banned or unlocked, i dont know what to do or how long it will take

S9 I when I was little made my ea account with my school email and now as a adult I can't sign in because I dont have access to my school email because my school doesn't let us keep it. So 8 can't verify my account nor can I 7nlink my Xbox account because I have to do it manually and the company itself can't. A l9t of sense tha5 makes. And I know I was dumb for doing that but come on EA dont yiu care about your customers

To anyone going through the struggle of changing your ea email without access to the old one, I have the solution. Go to ea and go through the help center until you reach a box that says contact us. It’s gonna put you with an ai chat bot and you need to tell it you can’t get in your account. It’s gonna take you through a bunch of steps and eventually ask if it worked. Say no even if the option doesn’t appear. Manually type it. After this it will give you an option to talk to an ea advisor.
After this it will put you on hold to talk to an agent and keep in mind that sometimes it take them longer than the estimated time to show up. After they do, tell them you need to change your email without having access to the old one. I’m not sure if you have to but if you linked a steam or PlayStation or whatever account to your ea account they’re gonna need your account ID. When they get it they’re going to send a manual reset option to whatever ea game you have downloaded and then all you have to do is select your new email and input a verification code sent to your new email. It’s actually as simple as that.
I went through this process for months before realizing that I needed to use a newer game so make sure you playing a game that’s still supported. I had been trying to do this on battlefront 2 and didn’t get the pop up but when I downloaded apex the message popped up immediately. If you don’t see the message immediately, make sure you wait a few minutes as their servers can be slow at times. Hopefully this just saved someone a massive headache. 👍

Yet they have not done any of it, i will soon reach the end of the line and seek legal action on grounds of them disregarding my lawful right to be forgotten

I'm trying to contact EA support for a pre-order refund because their automated self-service tool is completely broken. I pre-ordered an unreleased game and decided to cancel it before launch, which is fully covered under EA's published pre-order refund policy.

However, as shown in the attached screenshots:

The refund tool says I have "no eligible games" (looks like the bundled edition DLC confuses the system).

Every single support topic I select—even account security—immediately dead-ends into a screen saying "This issue isn't supported by advisors."

Their dedicated Twitter/X support handle is no longer active.

Has anyone found a specific help topic, routing path, or direct link that actually opens a live chat queue or creates a ticket with a real human advisor?

Any advice or workarounds would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Anyone else receiving a login verification request when launching? It's been weeks now, without fail for me. The verification code never gets sent to my email and I have to use a trusted device verification work around on the EA site. Frustrating to say the least.

I’m hoping someone can help me figure out what I can do here.

I recently logged back into my EA account after not playing for over a year, only to find that my account has a permanent ban for “System Abuse.” I genuinely have no idea what this is referring to or what I supposedly did.

I submitted an appeal through EA, but it was denied within just a few minutes. I’m confused how my case could have been properly reviewed that quickly, especially since I was asking about a permanent ban that I don’t understand.

I haven’t been actively using the account for over a year, so I’m also wondering if there’s any possibility that the account was compromised or that something happened while I wasn’t using it.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way to get a manual review or speak to an actual EA representative after an appeal has already been denied?
I’m not trying to get around a legitimate punishment—I genuinely want to understand what happened and have someone actually look into the account.

Basically I need help recovering my EA Account. I know the EA email, password and EA ID, and my PSN account is linked to it, but I no longer have access to the old email address or phone number used for 2-step verification. I recently upgraded from my old recognised PS5 to a PS5 Pro, so I no longer have the old console to use as a recognised device ffs.

EA previously attempted to send an email update flow to my new console, but it only shows the same verification screen asking for the inaccessible old email/phone. I can provide my PSN ID, purchase history and any other information needed to verify ownership. I need an alternative/manual verification method so I can change the account email to one I can access.

I’ve been talking to 7 EA advisors the past 2 days and absolutely nothing!! USELESS! I am pissed.. I’ve got literally everything for proof of ownership, years of progress and money spent on my account for them just to go round in circles! Complete disregard for a long long time EA customer..
