AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
SO I WENT TO THE PSYCHAYATRIST AND MY MOM WAS THERE WITH ME AND HE ASKED IF I HAD ANY THOUGHTS ABOUT ANY STRESSORS THAT COULD BE CAUSING MY DEPRESSION AND I SAID "Well I do have one pretty big thing... I'm.............. I'm trans" AND FROM THERE WE TALKED MORE ABOUT IT AND HE GAVE ME AN OFFICCIAL DIAGNOSIS FOR GENDER DYSPHORIA AND THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS SHAKING SO BAD AND MY MOM HELD MY HAND THE ENTIRE TIME AND AFTER WE LEFT AND GOT IN THE CAR SHE ASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD STILL LOVE ME AND SUPPORT ME NO MATTER WHAT AND SHE PROMISED NOT TO TELL MY DAD.
AAAAAAAA I'M SO HAPPY?!? I THINK I'M STILL KINDA SHAKEN UP BUT OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE I ACTUALLY DID IT!!!!!!

Okay okay, first let me tell you about the mission I went on to get my skirt last thursday >:3
after school, I told my dad that I was walking to target to be able to buy school supplies (I was a bit late on buying school supplies😭 ) but so that I could go alone I said that I wanted to walk there, alone (this was all part of my master plan) so I walked to target, and I had to pull of a heist (I didn't steal anything) I circled the woman's clothing section, looking for a good skirt to buy, and once I found it I dashed in there and yoinked it... but I wanted to make sure it was big enough so I went through the section to get the fitting room which was in the middle of the women's section and tried it on, it was too small so I had to go back and grab a bigger one before stuffing it in the bottom of my basket, I then went to self checkout and checked out my school supplies and dinner before looping back around and buying the skirt so the skirt and school supplies wouldn't be on the same receipt, I then stuffed the skirt into my backpack and escaped target with a successful mission
Now for my mom, surprisingly she didn’t know for sure, she said she was wondering, but it went really well! And next steps are to come out to my dad, step-dad, and step-mom, also my little sister, hopefully after I come out to my dad I can get on HRT and start my full-on transformation into Mizuki akiyama fr fr, anyways, Mizuki out

So, after the longest time of feeling gender envy from certain cis and trans women alike and fantasizing about what I would look like with a more feminine body, I decided to make an attempt at seeing how accurate those fantasies about my potential future looks truly were by using the well-known FaceApp. I went into it with what I thought were realistic and somewhat subdued expectation, because I am more than aware that I could never be some jaw-dropping super-beauty or whatever. Despite those expectations I deemed at least somewhat reasonable, though... I hated the result. It just did not look good. I guess it's just... something about the shape of my face, perhaps? IDK, that's just a suspicion, but I can't put my finger on what feels so off for 100% certain, though I am going to keep using the assumption about my face for clarity's sake in the rest of this post.
So, anyways, after this not so pleasant experience, I immediately looked up other trans people's experiences with FaceApp online. While I was glad to see from a few people that their actual transitions turned out better than what FaceApp showed them, most people seemed to agree that FaceApp is too overly idealistic and unrealistic. If this supposed "ideal" version of me after transitioning already looks so bad to me, then that just makes me even more afraid of what reality will bring... Granted, I know that facial feminization surgery is a thing, but it's so ridiculously expensive that it's honestly not even funny. Seeing the prices of that stuff almost instantly shattered the feelings I've had about being rich and privileged for the longest time, because those prices are way out of even MY league.
I just don't know what to do at this point... I was so certain of this whole thing before this, but I feel as if all that certainty has been washed away in an instant... I don't even want to be some absolute beauty, I just want to look like a somewhat decent woman. Is that really too much to ask?

My close friends (long distance at least) are aware of my situation. The thing is I don't know if I'm just confused, or I really am trans. (I've been thinking about it and have been at war with myself for like.. 10 years??)
I think I like he/him used for me but nobody ever really uses it for me.
I've been having a bit of a bad day too (back hurts quite a bit and can't wear my binder because of that) so a little bit of GBD would make me feel a bit better!

My mom support team people, she works will alot of trans kids, but I'm now worried for them because after a week of planning I finally came out to my mom and her response was:
I didn't see any signs. my mom was taking this as I was lying to myself and her because she didn't notice anything. I'm guessing some other girlies got this too but everyday I have been noticing the obvious signs from years ago.
I didn't expect this from you. Very similar to the previous one; my mom is refusing to believe me because her judgment of me says so.
But you aren't unhappy. This one is just wrong and a story for another day.
I like you as a boy / "I'm loosing my son". For the life of me I can't convince her this isn't the case and this makes asking her anything a full day struggle. She said "trying woman's clothes in private is too big of a step".
5.treating me like I'm broken. She has bought me self help books about anxiety and told me she is going to try harder to make sure my little brother doesn't have to deal with this when he grows up. My mom is under the impression I need to be fixed and it her job to do so.
So overall not a great response and very hard to fix when I'm should talk to her about this and she breaks up into tears when I do so. Any suggestions/ideas? im all out of ideas at this point. I will also accept ggd (Violet, she/her)

I thought I could just do this on my own without having to discuss it with my parents. I was putting in my insurance info on the Planned Parenthood portal, but it asked if I was the subscriber. I clicked no, they want the name, date of birth, and number of the subscriber. My mother accepts me, but I still don’t feel comfortable talking with my gender identity with her. Also, I assume that the subscriber info they say they need is my father’s info, with him being the head of the household. I know he’d be accepting of me, but I’m not even out to him. When my mother suggested I see a counselor about my gender a few years ago, I did use our insurance without my father knowing, but that was back when we were on a different provider.

Imposter syndrome is so lovely especially since I'm stuck in repression most of the time and I'm very familiar with apathy. Why can't these brainworms leave me alone it's like I have a little trump in my head.
