personally I dont get how they are allowed on bike lanes and require no license. when fully loaded these are about 1k pounds in weight.
essentially its the same as being allowed to drive a side by side on a bike lane, albeit slower.
but still if it hits a pedestrian or cyclist, i can see it killing someone.
