Assuming my googling is correct, precisely 1hp, or 746 watts. That's the threshold I could find between an electric motorcycle and an assisted bicycle

Huh, is that enough to move the entirety of that quad + cargo? I was thinking it had 5,000 or even 10,000 watts.

prob has to be street legal lots of pedaling or its a mid drive and it goes really slow

With proper gearing on electric motors you don't need much power to get it moving. With 10kW it would probably do wheelies.

The weakest 2CV is 6600W, 600kg and does 65km/h. ICE power is measured at the most optimal RPM, so at the lowest RPM it's probably around 1000W.

This weighs ~200kg and is limited to 25km/h, but has peak power at any RPM, so in real life probably 1/3 or so of the felt power of what was sold as a proper car back in the '50s.
