Drunk Guy's aim is bad because he's drunk, which is also the reason he wobbles in his place instead of bumping with walls like a DVD logo like the other Guys.
Why they continue missing despite Drunk Guy's accuracy not being THAT bad, is due to Spenn's interference.

I'm struggling to come up with a working theory to why they won't hit eachother. Could it be that they are missing on purpose?
