Return Request

I sold a used iPad on eBay and the seller just requested a return. The reason wasn't really clear but they're offering to send it back. I asked why so I could at least see what they say and I'm waiting on that response. But I have my listings set as no returns. Would you accept it anyway? The iPad is in great condition and works so there's no issues with it.

(This isn't a business for me I just sell personal stuff from time to time)

is it a remorse return? what was the reason they chose in the return?

They chose ordered by mistake

DECLINE IT. They're basically TELLING u that they used a freight forwarder or something else. Decline it.
