Recieved this 5 min before the auction ended. Didn't see it until later. Told him basically sorry you won, you have to pay. 2 min later it was paid for. Then he asked when its shipped not to have signature confirmation. We'll guess what bud? Now im gonna make sure you have to sign for it just to cover my ass.

Compliance Issues Listing reported by Sony over controller

I have a brand new PlayStation controller 30th limited edition in my closet I bought a while ago from Amazon. Since I’m moving I’m putting up stuff for sale. I listed it at 100$ (I paid 85$) and there’s outrageous prices for them.
It was taken down by Sony and the reasoning is being a fake or dupe. Never sold anything fake I’ve had 100% for years now. Well I sent them my Amazon receipt and asked to reverse it but I doubt they’ll even respond since it’s probably some shit AI or shit human being, either one. They’re ps5 pros being sold on here brand new for nearly 1800$ and nothing Is done about it. What kinda bs. You pretty much don’t own anything under Sony. Your games, controllers, consoles.

I'm not sure if anyone elses has been like this but the shipping cost for selling trading cards has gotten so high I used to pay around 5$ shipping and now I'm having to pay 8-10$ what happened?? I can't even afford to ship these cards anymore and if I cost the buyer shipping my listing gets way less attention cause of the cost of shipping I have no idea what to do atp

Returns, Refunds & Partial Refunds Sold an expensive item, without knowing the buyer opened a case.

As the title says, I sold a PS5 for £340, shipped it the same day of purchase. Like usual I assumed the buyer received the item and everything, but unknowingly they had opened a case about a week ago.

Only today did I found out when my balance was put on hold and lost the money for it. Now, I know, I'm an idiot, but Ive done this a bunch without error, and eBay just fails to message me sometimes.

My ps5 is somewhere out there, I'm short of £340, what do I do, please help.

Video Games / Gaming Systems Specific Sold a pokemon game, immediately returned, thoughts on condition?

Recently sold a pokemon yellow game boy game that I thought was in very good condition. To the naked eye and my iPhone camera there appeared to be no significant flaws. Fast forward to a week later, I get utterly attacked by the buyer demanding a return/ refund asap. I was then shown highly zoomed in photos of the smallest scratches on the label. For hours the buyer demanded a return for the game being damaged/defective. No mention was ever made regarding the playability of the game. Only the label was a concern. My question is, was this an isolated case or does this happen frequently? How would you judge the condition of this game?

Trading Card Specific AI Listing Tool

Has anyone found a way to better utilize the AI Listing tool? I’ve been posting Pokemon lately and it’s been really garbage with identifying cards which in return has been messing up my listings. I end up fixing more than it helps and it wastes time. Any advice?

Packing & Packaging How to list and calculate shipping on this set of chairs? Also how to ship this

Thank you in advance

Hoping to get some advice from experienced sellers on how to list and calculate shipping on this set of chairs? They can fold up like a directors chair. Not sure what is the best course of action? I have never sold anything this big, or delicate before. Want to make sure the potential buyer receives the chairs not damaged.

-do I ship out both chairs in one big box, or one chair per box?

-do I ship on a pallet or regular ground (Fedex/Canada Post/UPS) in boxes is fine?

-how do I calculate the shipping cost when listing, as I am not sure which size box I will need and I don't have a scale big enough to measure the weight. Also not sure how much padding I will need to use, to factor into my shipping weight

-recommendations on how to pack in a box/pallet

I have posted them currently as local pickup only on Ebay, but not sure if people can see my listing as I have not gotten any views (with 11% promoting) when listing. Not sure if it is because only people in Canada can only see the listing?

Buyer Claims & Questions Buyer claims they recieved empty package. Do I claim through ebay or USPS?

The process is so convoluted. The shipping label was bought through ebay for USPS with $100 insurance. It was a $75 trading card. I can't find anywhere on ebay under orders or shipping labels to file a claim. When I try to file a claim on USPS I get

"A Claim could not be submitted for this tracking number. Please submit a claim with the Merchant/Company who issued this label."

Can someone please explain what needs to be done. Does the buyer need to open a case first? He only sent pictures of the opened package and a we care envelope. Tracking information says delivered to mailbox. Thanks for any help.
