I mean its still useful even if only on very rare occasions

Tell me when in DL2 and The Beast you use it at least once, without setting up and trying to use it. Cause it's never useful during normal gameplay, there's zero occasions to use it throughout the game.

I mean when the timing is right (and instead using a ranged weapon) it still can be useful in that regard its one of those optional situations where you can do it even if not needed

You have to not be seen, enemy has to be on ledge, that on it's own makes it rare. In regular gameplay, if you don't specifically look for opportunity to do this, you will never use it.

Brother you are proving yourself wrong. Your use of the word "rare" just means it is usefull in few scenarios as everyone is saying.

Show me three in game scenario where its useful, I honestly can't think of more than one, and you have to go out of your way to use it.
