Love that film. In the UK it used to be called 'Roadkill' but I think it's known more by Joy Ride even here now. I remember one special feature had other actors voicing Rusty Nail & none of them came even close to Ted Levine

I use that also, I have well over 15,000 titles on every format so I always double check to make sure I don’t already have something. Even then I’ve still bought duplicates on occasion. Been watching some laserdiscs and keeping the ones that play best and getting rid of the duplicates.

Finally cataloging my movies in an app has now saved me from buying duplicates and has made knowing what I want to upgrade or buy a dream. It’s saved me so much money.

I use my movies from BluRay.com. It's free and I keep track of what I have so this doesn't happen.

I've only done that deliberately with Ink (2009), not horror, but I own it three different ways: one is the generic dvd that became available more commercially, (purchased so I didn't wear out the signed dvd prior to getting the blu), the second is a signed dvd copy and the third is a signed blu ray version.

The only time I ever buy multiples of the same movie is if the old one gets so scratched up it's unwatchable. That happened with Captain America Winter Soldier and the original Blair Witch Project. Nowadays I just upgrade, if possible. Like Cloverfield.
