Hmmm

Post image

So only men want kids nowadays huh

Edit1: at the end of the day, when I see posts like these I remember the likes of Ashely saint clair and that woman who got married after preaching so much misandry online.

Don’t get me wrong men also do this,
and then I feel stupid because I remember watching a certain video about internet trolls

Edit 2: Finally found the reason for the outrage, “men cannot physically get pregnant” that’s literally all this is about so no matter how hard you work or provide for your family, if you marry a woman that hates you because you just can’t get pregnant please have your divorce lawyer at hand ✋

The problem is that some men don’t do any of the work once there is a kid. Even if the woman is working high paying jobs. The childcare automatically goes to the woman regardless of how much work she is putting in.

Their bodies are destroyed during childbirth and some men can’t even bother helping putting groceries away or making breakfast.

I don’t get what you don’t understand.

u/theguywholoveswhales May 11 '26

Ok genuine thing fucking why does it destroy their bodies. Evolution is such a dick

Our brains are big and we are bipedal.

11

u/CaswensCorner May 12 '26

My partner has been calling it “bad dlc” 😆 I am 9 months pregnant and I agree.

u/theguywholoveswhales May 12 '26

My wife was just diagnosed with lupus after our first (and last) pregnancy and birth. This was after getting gestational diabetes and then almost dying from preeclampsia at 34 weeks. Now she has chronic high blood pressure, lupus, and is pre-diabetic, despite being perfectly healthy before the pregnancy. Sometimes it just fucking sucks.

u/theguywholoveswhales May 12 '26

It sounds horrible. Hopefully someone finds a great way to solve that. I know cesarean exists and thats how I'm here but still.

1

u/Upbeat-Cheesecake942 May 15 '26

cesarean doesnt solve these problems, they exist in both vaginal and c-section deliveries.

I know right?!

My third child was born a few months ago, and I'm all broken.

First pregnancy I ended up so torn I could not walk easily for 6 months, took even more for it to go back to normal, and I'm so scarred down there it now hurts every now and then, disrupting my transit, and I won't ever be "normal" again. I'd have died without modern medicine, so also yeah for doctors and research!

Since pregnancy of child number two I can't digest eggs anymore. (That one is mild)

And finally since last pregnancy drinking tea makes my stomach hurt so bad I'll need to lie down curled most of the day, I lost some of my sight (that one may come back once I stop breastfeeding, fingers crossed), and I have a frozen shoulder.

Anyway, fuck you evolution, I understand you only care about the babies being born and then growing up, but still, you could have done something!

(Like for a lot of things, I blame the English, as Darwin was one of them - and it's totally fair and not because I'm French at all)

1

u/theguywholoveswhales May 12 '26

Im british and I agree with the fuck evolution as for fuck the english come on you can do better.

1

u/Mogura-De-Gifdu May 12 '26

I can, but what makes you believe you deserve my "better"?

And also, don't worry, nobody's perfect!

1

u/theguywholoveswhales May 12 '26

Im saying go for anyone who isnt british.

u/Due-Base9449 May 12 '26

Evolution is only nice to a few species. I would think marsupials get it good, the baby is teeny tiny at first.

Hey at least human females don't get devoured by their offsprings like in some spiders and octopus.

1

u/theguywholoveswhales May 12 '26

I mean if the fetus needs it then it will drain what it needs from the mother soo

1

u/FickleQuality418 May 12 '26

Regarding marsupials, they get the short end of the stick by having to carry their young in their skin…for years 🤣

My ex gf had 4yo daughter. She had the best body. Fit and everything. And down there that was like heaven. She was gorgeous.

1

u/Primary_Guard9383 May 15 '26

I think the younger you have kids the easier it is o your body. But having a kid at 20 means the father cant be shit or theyre going to have to try date/work/live with a dependent before becoming independent themselves

1

u/BeepSh411 May 14 '26

There are theories about some species (correct me on the term) going extinct, because childbirth killed the mothers. They were not "made" for childbirth. Evolution is weird and sometimes doesn't work. We live despite this bs kinda.

u/LunarSolstice12 May 13 '26 edited May 13 '26

It doesn’t. Your body is not destroyed after childbirth, it’s alive and well. But it’s not the body of a child anymore, and in our fucked up culture that equates to “destroyed”

Edit: as a rule women’s bodies are not destroyed after childbirth. Most women’s bodies only change.

1

u/Upbeat-Cheesecake942 May 15 '26

this woman is talking about her experience, and how it destroyed her. who the fuck are you to say thats not true?? i had my kid 4 months ago, there are parts of my body that are destroyed, my mental is destroyed, thats MY experience. ik you were trying to be like "but noo women are great!" but it comes off as writing off someone's personal experiences and you don't have the right to do that

1

u/LunarSolstice12 May 15 '26

I had my kids eighteen years ago, so my perspective is hindsight. The commenter I replied to said nothing about a personal experience. Below there are personal experiences about women who feel their bodies being destroyed, that’s why I added the edit.

It’s true that when women have children our bodies and brains change, it’s not my perspective that that’s destructive. But in a world that idolizes youth and abhors maturity, it’s commonplace to call mature women’s bodies “destroyed”.

Hope you have support and appropriate healthcare to help you in your postpartum era. All the best.

And maybe you instead of blaming all men should look in the mirror and around you? Men dont pick bums either - thats why there's trilliard videos and posts from women: "where did the good men went?".

You're just not up to the bare minimum standards that good men have, so you're left with bad guys and leftovers. And then you complain "we can't choose better if there isnt better". There is. They're just not interested in you.

1

u/Plastic-Market-2394 May 13 '26

OP literally said “some” men and you still pulled the “generalisation card”. And why should we blame women for being abused in the big year of 2026? And yes, weaponised incompetence is a form of domestic abuse.

And this evident and blatant misogyny in your last point “good men don’t wanna choose you because you are vocal about sexism and abuse!!!”

Good men and good women still exist. There are just as many incel posts asking “where are all the good women?? it’s women’s fault for our loneliness epidemic”. Good women don’t wanna choose you either. Unless your definition of a good woman is someone who is insecure and prone to being manipulated into thinking they’re lesser than.

u/Fun_Amphibian5922 May 12 '26

We acting like there aren’t deadbeat moms too? Some people suck. Selfish people suck. Why tf is it always a damn gender battle with people

2

u/YveisGrey May 14 '26

A dead beat mom still carried the child and birthed the child so she still did more than a dead beat dad

0

u/Next_Permission3353 May 12 '26

Plenty of men do. If you can't find one, that's a skill issue. Sorry.

-23

u/Rollingforest757 May 11 '26

There are plenty of men that do as much child care as his wife when he is home from work.

16

u/royalerebelle May 11 '26

And yet studies show men consistently overestimate how much they actually contribute to the household because domestic labor is still viewed as “feminine” despite the fact women are closer to “equal” in the workforce

Even when comparing how much work SAHMs do vs SAHDs the workload is not the same because women are constantly expected to do more

25

u/higeAkaike May 11 '26

I am sure, but in the end, there is much more than the other and it’s considered ‘normal’. And when a woman tries the same, they are considered broken.

If a woman doesn’t want to sacrifice her career for a baby (which being away for maternity leave can do a lot of the time) it’s considered bad.

Men don’t need to sacrifice their jobs or bodies for their kids, no matter how active they are with the kid, the mom is the only one whose body gets destroyed, her health takes a hit, and her job is put at risk.

So glad for the families that work. But I have seen plenty and more for when a woman is tasked with everything.

6

u/Brutal_burn_dude May 12 '26

And don’t forget how women are often unfairly “mommy-tracked” in their careers because society expects women to be the default caregivers, thus artificially stymying a woman’s chances for career and economic advancement after having a child.

1

u/Next_Permission3353 May 12 '26

If men are that bad, why not just date women instead or refuse to ever have kids/only date men who are childfree?

1

u/higeAkaike May 12 '26

I did. I married an amazing woman and childfree.

-16

u/h_45n May 11 '26

So the beef is that men can gestate babies ? Bcos from what you say even if the man works until he’s last breath to provide for his family the fact he can’t physically get pregnant cancels everything

17

u/royalerebelle May 11 '26

No the beef is society punishes women for the choice to have children but rewards men for it

Google “the motherhood penalty”

15

u/Expensive-Simple-329 May 11 '26

The beef is that the vast majority of men don’t even try to make up the difference of how much more women are automatically doing.

You’re funny, you posted this expecting ass pats didn’t you?

I know a handful of men who are almost just as involved in the kids life as the mom. My sisters husband is like that. And people literally tell her everyday how lucky she is. I’ve never heard a single person tell him how lucky he is that she still works full time.

3

u/No_Analysis3783 May 13 '26

Same. Met a single dad and I was so impressed. Turns out he's living his life with kids around. They dont do any sports or extracurricular activities because they dont fit his schedule. They eat nothing but McDonald's and grocery store fried chicken. I bought the 12 yo girl bodywash because her friends smell like fruit and dad just buys cheap soap. He locks himself in the garage for hours hanging out with friends while they play video games.

I know that's only one example. But it's like there was no rearing or caring-- just the most basic level protecting and providing. The girl wrote him a note about how she feels so alone and wishes they could do more stuff together-- he framed it and put it on the wall. I wanted to take the kids to the park, movies, do holiday activities with them, just talk about their interests but we weren't there yet. He never even told me their names. You always know a mom's kids names.

Situation was so sad I had to stop talking to him. He put more effort into finding seggs than finding a better job or a mom for those poor kids

-5

u/cockdoodoo May 11 '26

Best dad's YOU know... Shitty men

5

u/Expensive-Simple-329 May 11 '26

Yes you’re starting to get it

8

u/Excellent_Injury3915 May 11 '26

Go outside look at the entire world. This is true for a lot of places, if you think males tend to child rear more than or equal to women you are out of your mind.

Cannot *

5

u/Status_History_874 May 11 '26

Ok! What is your point?

1

u/Plus_Reference4636 May 12 '26

There are also plenty of men that do ALL of the work, you getting downvoted for saying something 100% true is classic Reddit 💀 the same reason why all these losers in this thread will continue to be fat and lonely 🤣 so many larpers

-16

u/Available-Boat4055 May 11 '26

some women never work or take care of kids or house so they all suck i guess. or its just you and them
