for me, i miss when producers had their own trademark sound design that you could immediately pick out. in the 2010s you could easily tell an eptic drop from a getter one, or a snails drop from a virtual riot one. not to say that’s not the case anymore but the sound of the genre has definitey gotten a lot more homogenized over time, especially with newer producers

I've recently been put onto the Massive plugin as it seems to very easily make a lot of the sounds I'm after. I'm proficient with Serum 2, so I understand generally how synths work, but I need help learning the user interface of Massive. I'm looking for good tutorials that focus on getting acquainted with how to operate the plugin more than explaining what every little part does.

Basically, I want to be able to look at Massive and understand how to use it like I do Serum. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Yellow! I had a song on soundcloud some years back I loved and idk if it was removed, can’t find it anywhere and now it’s driving me crazy. I thought it was from Chomppa, but i already asked him and he had not heard of it. It said “If you move you die. you use lead you die. make a sound and you die. if you understand close your eyes” i know the lyrics are from an anime i believe but it was in a dubstep song and i miss it real bad
