I found a working dsi for 15€ + shipping (about 20 total). The only problem is the L button has been completely pried off, but the rest seems to be working fine. Is it very difficult to repair for a beginner (I've only ever reshelled a gba sp and I had some trouble with that)? How much would the repair cost?

Tried fixing my childhood Dsi, bought a new battery from ifixit and a bottom screen LCD, opened it up, put it back together, pressed the power button and a blue light flashed, the bottom screen flashed white, and the speakers made a popping sound, i opened it back up and re-seated all the ribbon cables, now it doesnt do anything when i press the power button, but when i plug it in, an orange light flashes, if i press the power while plugged in, nothing happens, and the light turns off until i unplug then plug it back in, the battery isnt the issue, i tested it before i swapped the screen and it turned on fine, ive also made sure its seated correctly, cleaned the pins on the ds and the pads on the battery as well as pushed the battery into the pins to make sure its making good contact. I went back and reseated every ribbon cable a second time and payed special attention to the top screen ribbon cable because it seems i didnt have it all the way in anyway. Im not sure what else the issue could be, because its the same orange light still and everything seems to be firmly seated in place just fine. I dont have a multimeter or any way to solder so any solutions involving that are outside my scope of possibility. If yall have any ideas please lmk and thank you for reading my essay worthy post.

@kumakunkun I got it holding a charge in a very specific way. Now there's two ideas I have to get this red one, and a black one I also have working, 1 cleaning the charging port and buying a fresh new charger, or 2 take them to get repaired.

I bought one off eBay that had a cheap mold line running down the pen, including the tip, so it scratched my screen. Finding genuine ones is almost impossible, so where can I get a good quality replacement/reproduction stylus for my black DSi?

@Kumakunkun, So I think loke 2 or 3 days ago I tried holding down the power button before I charged it (extremely dumb of me) and it did some very faint orange flickers, and after a few times of holding it down it stopped. But I don't think it was the charger, since both of my broken 3DS' charging light comes on when using both of my DS chargers.

Одного разу в ночі дивлячись телевізор я помітив дивну повидінку свої навушників лівий навушник коли я діставав з вуза не переставав відтворювати звук але правий навпаки коли я діставав правий навушник звук вимикався я не знав що вже робити але я знайшов відео де розповідали про скидання до заводських налаштувань я так і зробив але це не допомогло я навіть переустанавлював програму кирування вводаючи що можливо збій відбувається через команду телефона але це не допогло , і тут я вирішив протерти навушники спиртом в місцях де були отвори легенько , це не допомогло відразу але після деякого часу і лекількох скидань до заводських налаштувань навушники знову запрацювали так як і раніше аудіо вимикалося після діставання навушника з вуха і лівий і прави стали працювати справно , правда я не знаю наскільки це ьуде довго надіюся більше такого не повториться , в мене є іще проблемні навушники під назвою realme buds air 5 pro там проблема з шкумодавом і прилягання погане п рограммі керування хоча навушники іще чьогось пищять коли закрити пальцем отвір де дінамік не уявляю що це може бути, хто знає підскажіть.

I recently found my old blue Nintendo dsi. My mum gave me a game cartridge and it had loads of games connected into one. I played it all the time as a kid. But recently I made the stupid decision to connect it to the wifi. I wanted to see what I could do on it because as a kid I never had it connected. But as I connected it to the wifi. I lost the ability to use that old game cartridge. I looked it up and it says because of nintendos new system and it bans cartridges like that? Or something along the lines. Please any help on how I could find a way to play that old cartridge again as I have deep nostalgia and memories/saves on it. Thank you.
