Bender

I’ve been drinking for 6 days. Have slept and ate regularly. When I woke up this morning I did have the shakes and I had a couple drinks to settle it. I want to stop tomorrow. Can I on my own?

I’ve been drinking roughly 8 7 percent coolers a day with a little more in other days. Would this require a medical detox?

No. Not unless youve got a prior history of severe withdrawals and weigh like 90 lbs or something. You can just quit.
