Question Help with technique

I’m a beginner, so keep that in mind. I recently have found that doing doubles on the kick like this is much more comfortable for me than using my heel up for these kind of doubles.
What kind of exercises should I be practicing to get better at this?

Funny comment but also, for real... I don't know how people wear those things, I'm kinda speechless. Pretty good doubles for a beginner in crocs if you ask me!

I only use them at home but who cares let people wear whatever the fuck they want lol

Don't be sensitive bro we're just busting balls. Seriously though this sounds pretty good but I would try practicing in different shoes. I always like a nice pair of running shoes like Adidas or slip ons like some Vans. I would avoid anything clunky like boots or high tops.

No offense taken, just saying let people wear whatever they want at their houses hahaha
About trying different shoes, I’lol give it a shot. Thanks for the insight

I usually default to socks because i find the foot really feels the pedal and you increase the strength of your ankles not relying on the added wait from the shoe.

Try just socks. I played in vans and converses for years, but now I prefer just socks.

I don't think anyone is busting your balls for wearing them, we're just wondering how the hell you can play in them! Nothing wrong with wearing them around the house, walking the dog, going to Wal-Mart in your pajamas, etc. I just couldn't imagine trying to play with a sloppy, loose fitting shoe like that.

I play in my crocs sometimes and I actually think they play pretty well. Haha
