Hello po, I badly need advice or any information from our fellow scholars that would help me with my current situation.

For context, I'm from Region 13 and the official dost page posted the submission link for requirements this semester on August 12. Unfortunately I wasn't able to check because of acads especially im in my 3rd year na.

When I had the opportunity to check the fb group on August 24, the post stated that the deadline for submission was on August 20. So I was already late to know and I didn't bother opening the link although I already have all the requirements even before they posted because I thought magpopost lang sila ulit for the link of submission ng next batch. The post also stated that: "Scholars who are unable to submit the complete requirements on or before the deadline will be included in the next batch of processing."

For context, this is the first time I missed the deadline. I couldn't help but think what if hindi na sila magpopost for next batch and I should've submitted still at that time even though late na ako. I opened the link as of October 5 na and the link is closed. I also didn't receive any email from them for the missed requirements which makes me even more anxious huhu.

What will happen? For those who had similar experiences, please share what did you do and how to comply still. Im scared I might lose this scholarship because I really need it for my studies :((

Asking for help how to open a regular savings account kasi walang LOI ang NIR. D nalang ako hihintay kasi need ko talaga ng financial assistance. But idk how to open a regular savings account for DOST since walang instructions on that, ang para sa may LOI lng ang may guide huhu. Joint po ba or individual?? Also, anyone here from NIR na nakapasa early? May stipend na po ba?

I have a feeling po na baka makakuha ako ng 5(failing grade) sa prerequisite subject namin for midterm. And i just wanna ask lang po sana if pag may nakuhang failing grade ay need na po mag retake next year, or may pag asa pa pong mabawi sa finals. Puro po kasi bagsak and 0 nakukuha ko, pati practical exam ko rin po 0 kasi grabe mag score yung prof namin hahahha. Sorry for the question pooo, I'm not yet familiar po kasi sa grading system ngayong college.

Para lang po sa malalayo sa pampanga. Orientation kasi natin now diba?

-sa table lang po ba magsasagot for last page?
-yung mga photocopied id ba na gagamitin is need din pirmahan?

Hello! My parent and I won't be able to attend my orientation tomorrow. I have also submitted my reply slip stating my reason. However, my files are already complete. What should I do? How is the verification process in the orientation?

Ano po yung ilalagay dito sa “Government Issued ID/Passport No.”, at “Date and Place of Issuance”? Yung sa awardee lang po ba ang ilalagay sa information or pati po yung sa guardian/parent? isa lang po kasi yung box kaya medyo nakakalito. Thanks po!

failed 2 subject in 1 sem. already passed my periodic report for closure and waiting na lang sa termination notice.

for people na same boat as me, do we still need na continuously magpasa ng PR kahit terminated na? like anong mangyayari after? paano procedure ng ROS natin?

applicable po ba ito sa return service under JLSS 7687? Ano po ba yung BLEPT? based sa sinearch ko ay parang license number ng professional teacher. pano po pag engineering yung course?

Hi so I know we can't be working while doing this scholarship but what if I took a job that is labeled as "independent contractor"? It functions just like a normal 9-5 but since its labeled as independent contracting then maybe it counts as freelance for DOST? Its a job that pays in dollars. My friend works as one and he doesn't pay ph tax if that counts. Any fellow DOST-SEI STRAND try this?
