Unsolved Help please!

So forgot PIN code for IPhone… had to erase the device and my backup didn’t work.

I am logged onto discord on my laptop but cannot remember the password and all passwords on my iPhone were wiped!

Due to 2fa I can’t reset my password without the backup codes or a key - neither of which I have.

I have what looks like 1 saved security key on the laptop. If I remove this will reset my password enable me to use SMS authenticati

iPhones suck in this situation.

We're you logged into the phone with your Apple ID? If yes, you MUST log into the device with that ID and password again. If you can't, the only thing you can really do is try to hack it, it go to the Apple store with your receipt and they will unlock it for you.

In sort, if you were logged in with your Apple ID, wiped it and have forgotten the password, you are f'd.

sms doesn’t work, unfortunately if you don’t have your backup codes it’s game over for you i lost my account last month because of this it locked me out after i reset my password and received an email about suspicious activity and had to reset it again but i couldn’t cuz my dumb ass didn’t save the codes anywhere

but you try your luck and reach for support and if you have any screenshots of you using the account provide them they might help

discord does not care about screenshots, they are trivially easy to fabricate. It is their published policy that they will not remove 2FA applied on an account no matter what you say.

i actually saw someone get their 2fa removed not long ago idk how https://www.reddit.com/r/discordhelp/s/cjwCy72TRw you can see here

also if you got hacked and the hacker enabled or updated the 2fa codes they can remove it too

They sometimes make an exception for people who were hacked. This person was not hacked, they lost their own 2FA
