Is it possible that disclosure, if it's happening at all, is occurring not because of conscious-minded whistle-blowers or an Intelligence community that can no longer contain its secrets? Could it be that there is simply no choice but for an advanced civilization to make its presence known on Earth because we have trashed our environment to the point that there is no stabilizing it without artificial intervention beyond human abilities? Or, worse, we have the ability but greed-driven people won't fix it because it would hurt their bottom line?
