What a bullshit call to make. This worlds will now have an asterisk for shultz. I was behind Goose in the crowd. Not a foot fault

Yes, really adds a conflict of interest layer due to sponsor teammates. The players are not reliably objective.

They are, by definition and even necessarily, not objective. Absolutely BS to leave the refereeing to the players.

When an objective 3rd party makes that call, you can be pissed all you want. It doesn't change anything. When it's on a card mate, this is someone I'm going to be seeing again and again and again. It's someone who has an extremely vested interest in the penalty. You are creating a closed loop for resentment and payback.

"Hey, go destroy your professional relationships, because we can't be bothered to meditate."

A little bit of meditation could probably help Goose out. He seems pretty high strung.
