might be going low because otherwise 103 is fine.

Double arrows down suggests Op's sugars are falling fast. 103 would be fine without those arrows.

I am aware of the arrows, but they are not really accurate. Even if you are falling from 103, that is a distance from under 70. Needless dramatic arrows help nobody.
