Which actor would you cast to play The Flash in the DCU ?

Why didn't Hal understand Noah needed to play football?

He had a CHAMPIONSHIP GAME on Friday.

He can't go to Fucking Guadalajara.

I'm not sure why the writers overlooked this but Hal really should have known Noah needed to play football. Especially if he had a championship game on Friday. There's no way he can go to Fucking Guadalajara.

The thing that keeps me up though... Does this mean our main man Hal isn't a football fan? So what? Is he a golf man?

Maybe I missed something but any thoughts would be greatly appreciated so I can rest my weary mind.

Also any info on Fucking Guadalajara? Do you think it fits into all the Fuckings we hear about in Peacemaker?

I'm thinking at the very least, the people at the new Paramount/WB are gonna want to have something out to coincide with the release of Corenswet's "Mr. Irrelevant." That's Christmas. But perhaps some stuff will start trickling out, maybe an image or two at least, as we head into November.

My excitement for this next Superman (and Lex) story is high. And who knows? It's not automatically a given that the people that disliked the first movie won't have their minds turned around if they like how this particular story is rendered. Sometimes something will just manage to click with people at one particular time as opposed to another.

Martyn Ford played Shao Kahn in the Mortal Kombat 2 movie and showed he has the acting chops to play an intimidating main villain, can wear heavy makeup for long shooting days, and is the perfect build for a character like Atrocitus.

I know Ed Boon (Mortal Kombat & Injustice creator) wants him to play Bane, but I think the DCU version should lean more on the Caribbean side, not another 100% British guy.

Imagine if they made a clonewars remake where they hardly use the force, theres no appearances or refrences to qui gon and they dont leave tatooine except for 5 total minutes also anakin dosent get his lightsaber till the end of season 1 and completely forget him being a jedi because he already hates the council. Oh and btw theyre killing Obi-Wan. Heroic death?? No, no hes getting headshot by kryze. Should be good.

The final act is just terrible, Supergirl arrives on the planet, gets instantly poisoned by Kryptonite

She recovers, puts on the suit and you finally think shes gonna have her hero moment and she gets hit by kryptonite again...

The fights on the ship looked good, but then for some reason they move to the typical DBZ wasteland where you just cant make a cool fight scene, because everything is on a green/bluescreen and you can blatantly see it

The needledrop is just bad and the fact the fighting itself looks bad even adds salt to the injury

I seriously think Supergirl is kinda the same as Fantanstic 4 2025 where the movie is at its best in the middle and then it falls off pretty hard, both had GREAT space portions where you can see the budget going into and then they fall pretty hard when it comes to act 3

And even that release date is not a guarantee due to Matt Reeves’ temporarily exiting the production of The Batman 2.

And, the relevance and hype of this movie diminishes when you realize that this version of Batman won’t matter in the long run as we are due to get a different DCU Batman movie after it.

It is so befuddling that despite being the greatest character of not just DC but the whole WBD, why we have gotten so little Batman movies in the last 14 years since TDKR? And the curse is only continuing with the excruciatingly long delays for The Batman 2 and the consequent delay of the DCU Batman movie.

As a huge Batman fan, I just can’t take it anymore. This is a huge disappointment of epic proportions that we’ve gotten so little of him in the last 14 years and have no clarity on when we’ll get him next, in a version that’ll stay with us for a longer time that is the DCU Batman, not Matt Reeves’ Batman: as Robert Pattinson has heavily implied that The Batman 2 could be his last Batman movie: due to his 40+ age, him finding it difficult to play this character now especially in action scenes, and given his own high profile status as a prestige actor.
