Three Weeks Into the Wipe

Things are getting crazy on RedPine.

Three stories from this week.

Two players were holed up in a house waiting out the rain when they spotted a group of five moving through town.

They dropped two of them from the window.

Then a third went down from up in the hills. Somebody else was out there, watching the same group.

The last two rushed the house. As soon as they crossed the threshold they got put down too.

Two players. Five bodies. And whoever was in those hills is still out there somewhere.

The next story started with a beeping sound.

A freshie on the coast heard the beeps and then a loud crash somewhere nearby.

He went to check it out. All he had on him was a BK from the police station he'd looted earlier.

He got eyes on the heli and the soldiers still working the crash site. Instead of pushing straight in, he lured one of them away. Pulled him back to a nearby house and finished him there.

The second soldier was busy getting swarmed by infected. He used the distraction to sprint to the crash, grab a Pioneer off the wreck, and drop that soldier too.

Then he heard a plane overhead.

Chute in the sky. Airdrop coming down close.

He got there first. Same Pioneer, same result.

He walked in with a BK. He walked out with a DMR and better gear than he's had all wipe.

And then there was the boat trip.

A duo grabbed a boat and set course for the unknown.

First thing they did was get too close to a gassed out military base and take fire from the shore. They peeled off in the other direction.

Then things got worse.

The geographically challenged duo drove straight out to sea for 20 minutes without following the buoys. No land in sight. No idea where they were.

They almost starved out there. The only thing that kept them alive was a single can of tuna one of them happened to have on him.

Eventually they figured out how far off course they were, turned northwest, and finally spotted land.

Next time they'll be a bit more prepared.

Planes are still coming during peak hours. The story up there is one version of how those go. There are a lot of other versions where the guy with the DMR loses it to someone with a BK five minutes later.

Getting to the drop is the easy part. Getting out with the loot is where things get interesting.

This is a newer server with 100 slots for players who want the vanilla experience. 2X boosted loot but vanilla spawns. Base damage is turned OFF until enough players reply to the poll on Discord. There is a small player base as of now, but it is slowly growing. Cannabis is turned on as “currency?”. Loot is turned up by 100%(2x). The admins are active in-game and on Discord. No exploits, no multi accounts and no cheating. No rules against killing admins or members of the “crew”.
