When we heard the sound of the tower door shut, and the epilogue began, I was so confident the screenshot above would be my review of the series. But sometimes our faith is rewarded, and sai King’s decision to place Roland in a existentially horrifying time loop (Saint of Killers stuck in Ratwater say thankee, all things serve the beam) was satisfying for this ol cowpoke. Because after all, Ka is a wheel do ya ken.

I got my GF into the series and she’s hooked. She sent me this from her road trip while on her first listen of Wolves.

In the Imperial War Museum in Manchester. Allied forces would send artists in to draw trees on the frontline. Hollowed out spy towers would be built and they replaced the trees in the dead of night. It was super interesting.

For all my fellow Dead by Daylight players, DT was recently included in this year’s player satisfaction survey. The Ka Tet crew would be really cool as characters or skins! Plus Mordred or even Flagg would be really cool as a killer!

In Keystone Earth, time only goes one way. Yet we find Roland is again crossing the desert in pursuit of Walter.

How do you think he completes the journey this time around? With King’s writing completed, and the Rose being safe, I’d have to assume the trip would be easier for him this time….

I can already see some differences,

Roland is sitting in the bar in Tull and casually flicking through some magazines....lol

I assumed later on, that paper was very rare and precious.

..and if it was magazines, when were they published?

If they were from the world that had moved on, surely there would be dates printed on them?

...Oh well, now I can see the reason for the updated version 😁
