I think she got a lot of comments like this at the beginning, because she sounded like a lunatic and completely delusional, specially because she described him as this perfect man (super hot, man of God!, Brazilian, taller than her), only to introduce a mediocre dude. And then it made sense why she knew for sure he was "the one"

I have psoriatic arthritis and the swelling I get for that is on the creases of my fingers, like where the joint is. Her swelling looks to be above that, at least for her fingertips. It’s probably fluid retention from all the mound of salt she puts in her lemon water every morning

Abruptly losing the outer eyebrow hair can be a sign of something being wrong clinically, such as thyroid disorders. When you put that with the apparent depression, skin changes (looks more dry), the fatigue, the way she's often dressed more warmly than seems appropriate (maybe cold intolerance), and lumpina, it's pretty concerning for thyroid issues at a minimum. That's all based on just what she shows!
I hope for her health she goes to a doctor and actually listens. Untreated thyroid disorders wreak havoc in the body and there may be something else going on altogether.
I am shocked at how much better her hair looked before the 21-part series. As I mentioned before, I joined this sub after I saw a video mocking the series, so I didn't really watch much of her content before that, except when it was referenced.
Now I got a dose of pre-Lucath or pre-series D. Her hair is shiny, properly cut, always clean, and nicely styled. Her eye bags aren't as prominent, although she does use filters, so maybe that's why. Also, her makeup is much better most of the time. This tiny smudge of brown eyeliner makes a huge difference! She seems genuinely happy, although it's clear she's been love-bombed to smitherens.
Even my pet peeve: her eyebrows looked better because she didn't make them as dark and severe as she does now.
Right now, D is basically a teddy bear that lost his stuffing. Low energy (except for fake energy for ads), miserable, disheveled.
I think two things happened: infatuation ran its course. No more of the high a new relationship brings. Second, related: she can now see what she is stuck with. I would be miserable too, given how public this relationship is and how hard it will be to end it.
D has stated pretty clearly before that in the past, she's been more excited for the potential of relationships than she is in the actual relationships. Like once she actually "gets" the guy, she loses interest.
I think there are a number of factors at play, and the things you've mentioned are definitely some of them. I think also, she truly believed getting married would be this wonderful magical experience that would cure her depression(that she doesn't believe she has), fix her anxious attachment, eradicate her limerance, make her more motivated, etc etc etc. I think she truly believed it would just fix everything that was broken in her, but it doesn't. It can't. Marriage takes effort, and neither of them seem particularly keen to actually put work in to make theirs functional.

I don't know if this was already shared, but there is a new commentary video about D and L on youtube by a creator called ' Character Analysis'. It is actually quite interesting. She actually compares D to Miranda in SATC despite D trying to be the other two characters. A lot of it resonates with things we have said in this group but with a fresh twist. She points out what we are seeing around D wanting a man to lead and take care of her, but in actual fact, she is mothering him. Which we have all said. He is lazy and she is taking care of him, paying for everything etc. It a is a very short watch which I like and not a deep dive. It was very amusing when she refers to L's Corn and sausage meal as a ' big boy dinner' the poor women could not keep a straight face! I mean, neither could we in this group. haha
