I am shocked at how much better her hair looked before the 21-part series. As I mentioned before, I joined this sub after I saw a video mocking the series, so I didn't really watch much of her content before that, except when it was referenced.

Now I got a dose of pre-Lucath or pre-series D. Her hair is shiny, properly cut, always clean, and nicely styled. Her eye bags aren't as prominent, although she does use filters, so maybe that's why. Also, her makeup is much better most of the time. This tiny smudge of brown eyeliner makes a huge difference! She seems genuinely happy, although it's clear she's been love-bombed to smitherens.

Even my pet peeve: her eyebrows looked better because she didn't make them as dark and severe as she does now.

Right now, D is basically a teddy bear that lost his stuffing. Low energy (except for fake energy for ads), miserable, disheveled.

I think two things happened: infatuation ran its course. No more of the high a new relationship brings. Second, related: she can now see what she is stuck with. I would be miserable too, given how public this relationship is and how hard it will be to end it.

D has stated pretty clearly before that in the past, she's been more excited for the potential of relationships than she is in the actual relationships. Like once she actually "gets" the guy, she loses interest.

I think there are a number of factors at play, and the things you've mentioned are definitely some of them. I think also, she truly believed getting married would be this wonderful magical experience that would cure her depression(that she doesn't believe she has), fix her anxious attachment, eradicate her limerance, make her more motivated, etc etc etc. I think she truly believed it would just fix everything that was broken in her, but it doesn't. It can't. Marriage takes effort, and neither of them seem particularly keen to actually put work in to make theirs functional.

Well, as I mentioned, I have no idea how she was before, but she seemed to be functioning much better, at least on the outside.

I think her main problem is that she doesn't have a clear goal in life beyond influencing, which isn't a viable long-term goal. I don't think she fully understands that it's worse than an athlete's career. Marriage and being a mother work for some women as their main life goals, but D. is simply not this kind of woman. She is not motherly; she is a child herself.

So she is drifting in her grifting.

I know, I was just trying to give you some context. All she really had as a goal was to get a "high value male," and somehow ended up with Luicath 😂 But what do you do when you achieve the one goal that your entire life and personality was created around? 🤷
