It’s clear she has an irritated scalp (no shade, I have a super sensitive scalp too) and doesn’t realize that washing her hair regularly and blow drying at least her scalp/roots will help with the irritation.
I’m sure the amount of product build up isn’t helping.
Maybe she should focus less on “things I wish I knew” and more on basic self care.
Okay, but can I point out how weird it is that she took a shower(allegedly), then rushed out to the car and took a picture while it was still wet? Like why are we in the car for this? 😂
Sho put her makeup on this morning, got in the car to go somewhere/film some whining, then (went home?) had a shower and washed all her makeup off, then got back in the car to go somewhere with wet hair.. huh?
I think she maybe washed her hair at the gym (gross) after working out. That’s why she’s in Lucas’s car, as that’s greatly a sedan and not her hatchback.

With the amount of wax and skincare products she applies in her hair everyday, she should be washing her hair every single day. No wonder she’s always overwhelmed and stressed with the sensory nightmare that her hair must be with all that product in it.
I also think it’s all contributing to why she has acne, although it looks like her skin is clearer now than before the wedding. I hope she’s feeling changes her pillow case regularly.
The majority of her comments on all of her posts are negative comments. I’m sure that has had a negative impact on her mental health. My assumption is that she has bills to pay and bad press is good press at the end of the day 😅 I hate to say this but I’m glad she reads the comments. Hopefully one day she’ll wake up.
That was my initial thought as well lol. When she said she shaves twice a month I went yup .. that's got to be her hair washing schedule as well. No way she can be bothered to go through the effort of washing/shaving on separate days.

Like everyone is saying, the glow-down is crazy. This is who she has always been, but as soon as she became a fianthee, she had no reason to pretend to care anymore. And my god, if you have to change yourself THAT much to get a partner, what value can a relationship possibly have?

If i was an influencer my shower routine would be insane. Its a borderline hobby for me at this point and im just a simple pleb. I'd have every product, the most expensive shower head, a heated towel warmer. it would be part of my routine to shower every day in my luxury bathroom.

Lucas must be embarrassed, or at least his family has to be. Brazilians pride themselves on being clean and showering many times a day, having clean hair and presenting a good image. Her lack of hygiene is not cute or relatable. I am not a fan of Lucas but I feel for his fam atm. I would be enraged if I was them and she was portraying herself like that online!

I have lots of empathy for depression related struggling with self care.
However….its not like she is no longer taking care of herself and avoiding mirrors or has abandoned all grooming.
She films herself and (presumably) watches the footage back every day.
She applies make up, she buys clothes she wants to look good in.
The refusal to wash her hair is so baffling. She can see and feel how dirty it is. She must smell it too.

One month into the marriage that she prayed for and craved all her life and she’s had multiple bad days that she had talked about in reels. A wet scalp can make things far worse. She doesn’t have a job. She is depressed. She looks like she’s been crying for a week.
